    This company came to my house sent by an insurance company, came to repair a motor in my ice refrigerator where the ice came out, something not complicated and told the insurance company that I had to change more parts to earn more money and charge them more and they came and Deceiving us, they made the changes telling lies. When we realized it, we confronted them because they damaged the refrigerator and they lied to the insurance saying that the refrigerator was already damaged. These people delayed coming to check, we claimed that we didn't want them anymore since they are thieves and liars and we lost the $10,000 refrigerator because what they exchanged for replacement damaged the compressor. We continue to protest against the insurance company that the company has done us harm and they put on a whole show of lies to support their inefficiency. Be careful, I don't recommend it. This guy doesn't even touch the refrigerator. He checks it from the outside and asks for parts and it can happen twice. me in this process and end up without answering in case it works Gente ladrona *** es mentirosa y engaa al seguro no se los recomiendo reparaciones *** nada *** ver con el dao y terminan daando la nevera o lo *** tengas

    We visited your home initially on 3/19 to inspect your Thermador refrigerator, the tech found the auger motor was encased in ice and the door seals were worn. We submitted the parts request for the auger motor and the door seals to your warranty company and they sent the parts to us. We scheduled a parts install appointment on 4/11 and installed the parts, instructing you that the door seals had to be glued down and to leave the units doors closed for 24hours for the silicone to cure fully. You called us back the next day stating that the unit was not cooling properly and the door was not closing. We rechecked the unit on 4/19 and found that the door seals had been rolled, indicating that the doors were opened before the silicone had been able to cure properly. We contact your warranty company's Tech Line, they sent my tech a link to access his phone's camera, and requested that he inspect the sealed system compartment. When he opened the sealed system compartment it was discovered that the unit has a 3-in-1 hard start installed on the compressor, the Tech Line took pictures and denied the repair. Yesterday, 6/12, you contacted the office via phone and proceeded to get into an argument regarding the service where we again reiterated that the warranty company denied the repairs. Hours later you entered our business and began arguing with and harassing my workers, when we asked you to vacate the premises you refused and we had to contact the local police department and file a police report.
