Do not take your pet to this place. They don't care about your family friend. They just care about money. Waited for 3 hours just for an arrogant vet to come in for 3 minutes and that's it. Run don't go. Go somewhere else if possible.Review from george h

all about money they make u pay up front all the bill and call it a deposit they make u wait so they can figure a bill for u to sign never mention yout pet when i visited the 3rd day ****** though i had been there everyday they hit me with a bill that was 50% more than the lowers estimate and 2000 higher that the highest estimate and wanted payment then even i had already paid 6000 and my dog was still there when refused they called some one who demanded i give them access to my cell phone i refused and all the time never said a word about my dogReview from William D

We came today to lay our sweet cat to rest, and I have to say I was nervous based on the reviews. We had no options as it was the Sunday on Memorial day weekend, but we showed up and the staff was so loving and made the most difficult day a little easier. From the front desk to the Vet, we had such great care and I was so pleased with how they handled everything. Thank you for being so kind at our most difficult moment.Review from D

Absolutely the worst. I took my cat minutes after he passed away untimely. I wanted an xray to see if something was stuck or was a lung or heart issue. I wanted any information we could get. I was advised it would be around $200, which was not an issue. I was hastily declined all medical services. The vet tech Jen said this was not an option. I was not given any good reason why. Dr. Nick Schindler, who never came out to see us, was the one who made this decision. The time we were going back and forth the xray could have been done. This happened after business hours on a Friday night. On the next Monday I called my vet and they said an xray would help determining what happened. The employees there are not for the animals or caring. Do not go to this horrible place.
