  I took 3 pieces of jewelry in for repair. They were purchased by my son who is no longer with us. Piece #1 a gold bracelet had a small crack that he was to fix and it was not sealed with real gold. It was supposed to have real gold. Piece #2 had a small crack that was to be fixed with real gold. Instead, there was about a half inch of the gold bracelet taken out and it no longer fits on my wrist. Piece #3 another bracelet was broken when it was taken in. They were to fix one piece that had come undone. I picked It up, got home and put it on and it broke again. ****, the owner is no longer communicating with me. I want the gold back that he took off of my bracelet and a refund of the money I spent to get it fixed. It cost me $88.00.

  All repairs were made as promised to *******************. She was expecting the repairs to be free when she came back to pick up her completed repairs, due to her story that she shared with me about her son that this no longer with us. After we asked her to pay the $88 for the jobs, ***************** decided to turn completely against me, and has been trying to extort my business of gold and her $88 religiously through several different methods, including the BBB. We have video footage of the repairs being made and her dropping her items off, and inspecting her pieces when she came back to pick them up. We also have pages of hate texts and death threat messages sent by *******************, and several attempts made to damage our business reputation on different formats. We have been nothing but nice to her, and have attempted to resolve whatever concern she has, but her responses have been laced with racial hate towards my Latin ethnicity and death threats being wished on my family and I. ***************** came in to pick up her repairs on Saturday (which her repairs were done expedited because she stated that she was flying out Sunday morning to *******) she was fine, no complaints. I even proceeded to put the gold bracelet on her wrists because she asked me to, and I explained to her that the bracelet was very small and seemed like it was made for a child. She explained to me that her son that passed away made it for her, and that he made it small because she has a small wrists and that she was aware of this. After she was charged the $88, the next morning (Sunday) she called me and I can't even go into details on what she said to me which was a lot worse than the extremely distasteful barrage of texts that I received form her. ******************* also explained to me her paranoia of everybody stealing from her and taking advantage of her.
