We bought a bike on the 25th of January and traded in a ***. Here we are February 29th and the loan has not been paid off on the trade. We are due for a payment on the bike, had to make a payment in February for the *** which we no longer own plus another payment for the *** in March. All they due is make excuses. The excuse today is that the payment was returned because ****** sent it to the wrong address. They stated they can not send the payment until next week Monday. 4 days from now. Im sure they have dealt with Synchrony before and should know the correct address. No compensation at all!!! Now we will need to wait to be reimbursed for 2 payments on the *** god knows when. THAT IS TERRIBLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have been trying to resolve this for a whole month and they do not care. I feel bad for those who do not have the means to make these type of payments and would have their CREDIT RUINED because of ******* DONT EVER MAKE A TRADE WITH THEM. They make it seem as though youre getting this amazing deal all the while ripping you off and s******* you over. **** the finance manager made statements that he was losing money with the deal given to us so now I feel this is personal. HE HAS NOT BEEN HELPFUL AT ALL! If they are LOSING then they shouldnt have sold us the bike. We should not have to pay for the motorcycle until the loan of the trade is fully paid off and we are reimbursed for payments made on the *** that is no longer ours and was sold to an employee of ****** the very next day.
