I wish I would have looked this company up before I paid them my $8,500 Almost a year ago! There are so many complaints just like the one I am now writing! I paid Johnny and Lisa M******, owners of Catalyst Tops $8,500 for my bathroom shower to be installed in my rental property. There was only ONE week that this work could be done and they had MONTHS to prepare and schedule the work. When that week rolled around to do my job, the owners figured out they could make MORE MONEY by going to south Florida after hurricane Ian hit and just blew my job off! Now, they have refused to REFUND MY MONEY! Oh, they SAID they would refund it, but never do! Now, they won't even answer my phone calls or text messages. There are so many complaints JUST LIKE MINE about this company! I just want my $8,500 dollars refunded to me. Can you please help me?Initial Complaint

This company visited my house for an estimate to replace counters in kitchen and bathrooms on June 2 2022, took the 50% that same day; and since then, we are waiting for the installation after innumerable calls, emails, and communications in the dashboard. The most recent offering was to come for installation on March 7, 2023; and they did not show up. I visited the Center Hill workshop and one of the employees confirmed that the company is doing works and installations. At this point, I have been losing the opportunity to continue other works at the house. I have evidence of calls in my mobile, track of the follow ups in their dashboard, and evidence of emails sent.Initial Complaint

These people were supposed to install our countertops and it's been almost 2 years and they haven't and every time you call there is a excuse somebody here quit somebody quit until the measurements and they just don't follow through and for two years I basically don't have a kitchenBusiness response

We have been in contact with him and are waiting on him to go into the house. We will not go into a hostile environment. We would love for this job to be finished. I hire this company six months ago to do the cabinets. So far they have done nothing. They are not even received my phone call.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/09/21) */ This customer has been waiting for their cabinets like a lot of other customers are. Supply and demand is really tough right now still from Covid. We are hoping to get his cabinets in very soon and we will be installing them like we have been other jobs.
