      I ordered a product from them on April 25. I have been trying to contact them about my order because it has been in awaiting fulfillment since apr 25, I have tried multiple times to reach them, customer service is non existent, tried to call the number on the site, doesnt work. I dont know if they went out of business or what. If thats the case I wouldnt care about the product I ordered but the fact that they took the money out the day of? $90.99. If it was 9 dollars I wouldnt be worried about it but dang near 100$ cmon now

      It has now been 1 month since ordering from them, at this point I want nothing to do with them, I just want my money back

      They finally responded and I got my product. No harm no foul! Sorry to send in a complaint. One of their employees reached out and said their email is down and website is down. They have been nothing but helpful. Have a great day!

      Sent business a repair item under their lifetime warranty. Have UPS proof of delivery ( enclosed). Business does not respond to emails and has no phone number. The item is $100 knife. Also involved with this company for a purchase dispute through Visa.

      I purchased my knife a few years ago and it worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. I found that one of the springs inside the knife had failed (verified by hearing parts move inside and by opening the knife to find a broke spring.) I contacted the company via their website and have not heard back. On 05 December 2021, I sent another message regarding my issue as I am owed a lifetime warranty per my purchase and their warranty terms. I wish to hear back via email or by phone from this company. What I find odd is that their website shows " Customer Service **** ****** ********** rd, Unit **** Orlando, FL XXXXX" as their address, however BBB shows a different address. Either way, If I don't hear back from this company, I will no longer recommend them to friends, family, or military buddies.

      Sent knife in for warranty repair. Helly Tec received the package on 8/25/2021. I have attempted to contact them multiple times through email and their website "contact us' page without any communication back from them. The only time they responded was the very first contact to see if my issue was covered by warranty and letting me know where to send it. It's been over a month and I feel some sort of communication with them is not an unreasonable request. At this point I have no idea if I will ever get my property back. Tracking # was*********************** info from P.O. was "Your item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 10:32 am on August 25, 2021 in********************" RA#of ********. Don't know what to do now.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2021/10/31) */ Never received any type of communication, but did receive my item, fully repaired, in the mail yesterday. Although I did finally receive my item, this interaction has confirmed that I would never so business with them again.
