had tried to reach them multiple times and just couldn't get a hold of anyone on this team, unfortunately I had to look else where for services because of the lack of communication. I usually never leave reviews but I felt the need that I had to bring this to light for other mothers looking for a midwife. I can honestly say I feel like I got played, they were texting, emailing, and calling me before I made a payment just to get me as a client and then It was a hassle just to get documents that I needed from them for other appointments. I was told yesterday I would get a call back and never did when I finally did get through to them after texting and calling so much, was told their phone was broken yet they were emailing me everything I was asking for, how if the phone was broken were any of you getting my messages? I checked my email and received nothing from them the only email I have from this facility is when I first started with them. I still have yet to receive any invoice of any payment I made, this is really upsetting because I was super excited to have her has my midwife until I realized I wasn't being kept in the loop. I never got to do a sonogram at my first appointment they struggled to draw my blood or locate the babies heart beat, I wouldn't recommend to anyone because of how many members are on this team and not one person could communicate with me. It was a horrible experience especially for my first pregnancy, I did ask for a refund so I am hoping I am able to get it back instead of being pushed to the side and ignored I did email and text Brenda that I no longer need her service and would like a refund.

Update: So I contacted Benda ******* who was supposed to be my midwife for my first pregnancy and before and after my first initial visit she had assured me that my Medicaid was accepted yet choose to bill me $2400 dollar for labs (that she refuses to send me even tho I did sigh a document stating that it is my legal right to request my records and labs and that she will send them) and $300 for the visit I had with her in July, there are many other women who have had the same issue with her but don't take the time to write their review but I have time because I wouldn't want anyone to experience the negligence and illegal acts that she does in her office. I had to call my insurance who had to reach out to this lady and the lab office she sent my results to just to get it covered. I was told she never contacted my insurance stating that I was her patient nor did she tell the lab place I have Medicaid which I have documented proof I sent it to her. I was told it was illegal for her to be charging me out-of-pocket fees if she collected and accepted my Medicaid as my ONLY form of payment, this women is completely unprofessional and most of these reviews she has are lies. I have proof I have messaged her multiple times with my email and number included so that I can obtain my labs and records for the duration I was with her and she just leaves me on read, I don't understand how this women still has her license when the documents she has you sign she doesn't abide too which is a contract by law. I just want everyone that is looking into her services to know that you have the possibility of experience the same experience that I have and it's completely not worth it, do your research on this women because she is horrible I don't care what anyone says she is absolutely the worst midwife and I was told this by other midwifes that this women has lost so many patients because of the same reason if not worse. Please be wary of this women
