5/29/2022 $20.00 then $15.97 I ordered a meal The meal came to $15.97, I rounded up to $20.00. The next time I was in I told Dee, the waitress, she didn't take the tip as my card had been only charged $15.97 and she replied she must have missed it so I handed her $5 for the tip. A few days later my wife ran our account and pointed out my card had been charged $20 and $15.97 for the same meal. Today, 5/13/2022, I started telling Dee I was charged twice and before I could say anything she got super angry and accused me of calling her a thief. I assured her I had not done so and she swore at me and declared I had done so. I picked my things off the table swore back at her and left. Every employee in the place verbally attacked me, called the cops on me and Dee followed me outside with her fists doubled up so I asked "Are you going to punch me?", she declared, "I'm not afraid of you" and I replied she should be. Everyone was screaming and swearing and another employee outside took up the fight screaming and cursing at me. Since I handed Dee the $5 tip I want the $20 back with an apology for the double charge and Dee attacking me for trying to explain what happened. I am a 100% combat disabled Marine. My card was scanned twice with a different dollar figure each time. I consider this fraud.
