  Went to the business to have car detailed, asked to have inside detailed, outside just washed, clean rims and tires, clean convertible top , just some of the interior was cleaned, windows not cleaned, outside of car just wiped off , still had dirt that I had wiped with a rag , the rims and tires not touched still had brake dust and dirt on them , paid him what we agreed on, when I got home my wife and I looked at the car, dirt still on body of the car, windows outside and inside all dirty that can only mean the car was not washed, the rims still had break dust and dirt ,not washed, dirt still under seats, so I called to ask why the car was not cleaned, he first said he cleaned the car but then he began swearing at me on the phone and then said I gave him a filthy car to clean, then he went off on a swearing attack at me, I asked for my money back and it got worse all he did was swear at me, my wife could hear him on the phone swearing at me and told me to hang up , I did , we shook hands on what he needed clean on the car and did not do the complete job, I did not not need to be told my car was filthy and the violent swearing at me was way off the charts

With knowledge from our local Neighbors "Ace Hardware" relieving Tim of his duties There, then warned me of a difficult Person to work with. Tim later that Year came to me for a "Deal" and just wanted to sell the car . As mentioned and looked over before leaving the Mustang at my Lot. Tim was well informed that he needs a deep cleanse and shampoo done and the exterior of his vehicle was to simply be washed not "buffed" or "Decontaminated" of any( Iron, rust , scratching , surface webbing , or paint corrections) all for a discounted Price of our $80 sedan Full detail down to $60 . When in picking up the vehicle he looked over the car and was satisfied also brought a $100 dollar bill and demanded his $40 in change . Left the Mustang in my car port and came later that evening . Before leaving he then setup a follow up appointment for a full exterior buff and wet sanding !! Tim then Proceeded to msg me the following Morning . And with no call or Noticed in advance he Demanded his money or he will report my services to the BBB, I responded to him and replied "If there's something I need to resolve you have 24hrs to come back". He then said "well that's unfortunate because my wife wants our Hard earned money back for this Crap job I had to bring home and clean myself ". (With little words I sent him his way after hearing him curse back at me and his wife Scold me in the Bluetooth phone call). I sent him the photos and he threatened to Give me a bad review. I've dealt with difficult people before but Mr. Tim was trying to get one over on me and i do have the vehicles Interior before the detail and shampoo done to the passenger rear floor. He refused to let me take photos until the next appointment and locked the inside of the car. I saw no harm since my day was over with and his car was not in my way. My results speak for themselves and I truly hope we can resolve this matter soon . Thank you. It is all a lie, first I worked for ace for 4 years with raises ,I did not get fired first lie ,I went on to**** Boats for more money and great references,2 lie no $100.00 bill was ever talked about 3 lie told him exactly what I needed cleaned 4 lie he did not do what I asked,5 lie told me when to bring the car in 6 lie when I asked why he did not finish the detail he went off at me swearing and yelling 7 lie he told me he could give me a deal for $60.00 because I did not need a full detail, this man is a lier, and did nothing but swear at me, all because he tried to rush the job at the end of the day,and a asked him if he wanted to do it another day and he is the one that said no, I have never had this happen to me,I have many business owners that will tell you what kind of a person I am ,the whole thing started when I asked why he did not finish the detail, and he went off on me swearing and yelling Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/09/01) */ All customers have a 24 hour guarantee. Nothing was offered to me,on the day I picked up the car, he did not offer anything to fix what he did not finish, when I pick up the car all he did was swear at me about how dirty my car was , he never offered to finish the job all he did was swear at me ,he Never offered to finish the detail, he makes himself out to be a victim, let me ask ,if you wanted your car detailed and you were giving a price from the business and told them what you needed done, and you went to pick up the car and you ask why they did not finish it, and the owner started swearing at you about what they did and not offering anything to work it out with you, how would you feel, my wife heard him swearing at me on the phone too, he offered me nothing, he did not try to take any pictures of the car when I went to pick it up, I had to ask for the key to the car, and now he tells of how now he wants to fix it ,or would have, it all comes down to,I went to have my car detailed ,he told me a price to do the detail, when I went to pick it up and the car was still dirty, so I asked why that's when the owner of the business started swearing at me about how I should have paid $80.00 dollars for a full detail and not be cheap and start swearing at me, that did not have to happen, he did not give me a chance to say anything, the owner knows how he treated me ,and now he is trying everything to make himself look good, putting everything on to me , telling everyone he can about me, now he put a Tic Tok video on making fun of how cheap I was as a customer, would you want to take your car back to him after all he has done with swearing at you and telling everyone about it , he is not what he plays out to be, now I have some of my old customers coming to me telling me about the story he tells them or anyone that will listen, all I needed was my car cleaned
