Used Johnson Roofing to install solar attic fan. I mentioned that I had my own solar attic fan to install during the initial call. No one came onsite. No one called me. I just received a quote via text and later email. No one ever called to setup an appointment. Quote was very generic. Stated "Solar Attic Fan Install" only. Didn't question that cost because every roofing contractor I spoke with was outrageously high for an hours worth of work. Technician showed up one day. Luckily I was home. The technician brought a solar attic fan to install. He said he had just picked it up from one of the retail stores. I informed him that I had my own and wanted it installed. Took a picture of the fan with the model number. The fan retails for over $500. Sent an email to the original sales representative that sent the quote. No response. Two weeks later I received a text and email from a new representative. Mentioned the concern that the cost of the fan was included in the quote. Representative stated it wasn't and then told me that the fan was from their warehouse which contradicted what the technician told me. Completed disregarded the cost of the fan and stated I was bullying him. Overall very unprofessional.
