Ken and his team built up a two-story 24'x40' garage/storage/workshop for me starting with preparing the site, laying the concrete foundation, then putting up the steel building. Ken Davis Construction is the seventh contractor I've attempted to work with on this project and is the only one able to get through the challenging Orlando country permitting process(es). We have stories. Ken and his team were exemplary professionals throughout the project, kind and respectful to me and my family, and exceptionally knowledgeable with and experienced in all aspects of the construction process, materials, building codes, and more. Ken personally worked all estimates, also working directly with the steel building provider...********** resolving any/all issues, and discussed estimates and expectations in as much detail as I requested before working each phase of the project. I am extremely pleased with Ken, his company, and his team. I had lost faith and hope in finding a contractor that I could trust. Ken and his team changed all that. Love my very much needed garage/workshop. I'll be requesting Ken and his team on future projects. Thank you, Ken!
