I hired five seasons to paint The subcontractor they sent to do work had no tools or latter i was kind enough to lend him my 2 latters and a drill, fan,putty knife,extention cord,light,and buckets! I didn'tlet him use my tape but he used 3 rolls that were green and pink he was usingblue tape so he basiclly knew that it wasn'this plus he only csme with 3 rools of tape and a sprayer!!! "THAT WAS FIRST RED FLAG" He began by not covering anything barley broke hinges on pocket door painted my fixtures didn't cover anything didn't prep properly didn't fill nail holes in trim ir crown molding! he caulked horribly and missed half the house!! "CAULKED MY ATTIC ACESS CLOSED" missed tons of spots painted wall paint on trim multiple drips and areas that require repairs,, DIDN'T SAND ANYWHERE!! He painted over dust on the trim and in multiple places ! removed all hinges from coustom fit doors didn't put them back properly left all light fixtures coverings off spilled paint on back patio and left paint on grass and landscaping he cleaned brushes in my bathroom sink scratching the brand new finish. I was told to let him complete the job! half way through the job I wanted him to stop I was told that I'd be satisfied and everything will be cleaned and repaired nothing was! he left things unpainted broken and damaged. He also brought his dog!!! and it pissed in my living room. The owner assured me everything would be fixed and painted properly. Nothing was done to professional standards and I was told multiple times that if i wasn't happy I didn't half to pay. They guy stole tools that I let him use broke things and didn't finish I requested that it get re painted I was told it would be touched up but only came back for 1 day and didn't do much of anything now I'm left to pay another company to fix his work! He than put a lien on my property!!! AND THE SUBCONTRACTOR HE USED WAS UNLICENSED!! WHEN I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR HIS LICENSE AND INSURANCE I was not give anything!
