4/3/2024: was told a sticker is $3, but was charged $16.05. The amount did not show up on the register until after I ran my credit card. I immediately pointed out the discrepancy, but was told they could not give me a refund. I tried to argue and the store associate refused to give me a refund.Initial Complaint

3/28/2024 I went in with my wife to buy two custom made shirts and the gentleman said it would be around 25 bucks a shirt for any logo I wanted so I had two shirts made and after about an hour of waiting when I checked out it was around 95 dollars a shirt . I told him I thought you said it was around 25 a shirt and he said oh its more for custom logos and he pointed to his small sign at the register saying its ***** a shirt for a custom logo. I argued and said you didnt say that before you printed them and he said once the shirts are made there is nothing he can do about it. I paid it ended up being 200 dollars for the two shirts and I am very unhappy . Very misleading and underhanded . Never buy from them . I would like a refund on the amount I was told about 50 bucks off per shirt . The worst experience I have ever had at a shop. I also purchased two coozies and he did give me a free tshirt but my bill was 246 dollars. I would like the money back from what I was told and to never shop here again. I have never felt more. Taken advantage of in my life .Initial Complaint

We visited this shop to purchase four sweatshirts. We were verbally told a price including a discount for one of the sweatshirts and then we were charged a completely different price. Was told no when we asked for an itemized receipt or refund. The sweatshirts ended up peeling and falling apart within minutes of leaving the store.Initial Complaint

This place is a scam and according to the website it is "permanently closed" yet I was just there yesterday obviously they are operating under a different name, the "charge to my bank" was from Celebrity Style *********** **. They false advertise, I bout a onesie, 2 toddler shirts and an adult shirt and the total was almost $200, they charged for the shirts, the print and a clear cover was $10 extra per shirt. They do not need to be business taking advantage of tourist.Initial Complaint

On April 4th we went into this business and were quoted a price of $30 for a sweatshirt with printing on both sides. On April 5th my daughter returned to purchase the sweatshirt we received a quote of $30 on and was charged $80.25 for the same sweatshirt. Hours after that happened I returned to the store without my daughter to get a quote on the exact same sweatshirt and was quoted a price of $45. When my 16 year old daughter then came into the store and I questioned why then was she charged $80.25 for the same sweatshirt I was just quoted $45 for the worker back pedaled, gave all kind of excuses but ultimately would not refund me any money. This business is a scam and is praying on young people. My daughter did receive a not itemized receipt but it is smudged and not readable.Initial Complaint

On April 5, 2023, My teenage daughter requested a sweatshirt to be printed at Celebrity Style 413 *************** in Clearwater Beach, **. The price quoted from the store clerk was $30. After the sweatshirt was printed, she was charged $80. We made two made so we were overcharged $100. This was a complete bait and switch scam. We tried multiple times to request a refund from this merchant, but were unsuccessful. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

On 07/10/22, my son purchased a shirt from this business. They advertised $10 shirt plus printing. When he came out of the store, they charged $85 to his bank card for a $10 tank top plus printing. I went into the store to question these charges and was told to leave and nothing would be done to correct this issue.Initial Complaint

I bought a hoody from this store. One of the employees told me that the price was $30 and I gave the hoody to the cashier to pay $30. But she charged $35 from me and put the receipt in the bag. I also asked her about their return policy and she told me that it was 14 days. Then after I bought it, I noticed that I was charged more than I was told. Then I went back to the store and talked to the cashier and the employee who told me it was $30. The cashier said it was $35 not $30 and the other one was silent. I told her that I wanted to return the item then the cashier said I could not since the manager was not in the store. But she was lying since the manager was there and he did not say anything. So she did not let me return the hoody. This is very disappointing. They are just deceiving the customers and lying to them. I came to Clear Water Beach from Ohio to have a vacation with my family but these people ruined my day and vacation. I do not care about $5.00 but this business is deceiving people like me and hurting other local businesses. I hope BBB can take an action and inform people about these bad businesses. I was charged more than I was told and they did not let me return the item too. It is very unethical and these people should not do any business. Also, I would like to thank BBB very much. On 4/25/2022 my husband and I were in this store and were looking to have some screen printed shirts made for our 2 grandsons. I had picked out a toddler size 3 and an infant size 3 months and were having Disney screen prints of the words, Big brother on one and Little brother on the other. The sales lady screen printed them up and then tried to sell me something that she can also put on the screen print to help keep it from cracking. When I asked her about the price she said it was normally $14.99 per shirt but she would give me a deal and only charge me for 1. I told her no. She then rang up my 2 shirts and proceeded to tell me the total of $97.50. My husband and I's mouth dropped. We thought she was joking and told her there was no way we were paying that much money for 2 children's cotton shirts. She showed us a printed price list on her checkout counter with the prices and attempted to argue with us that we should have known it would cost that much. This price list was only in this 1 spot and was never mentioned to us beforehand about how much these would be. Everywhere else I've ever had a screen print shirt made has cost no more than $30max so she gave us $20 off which we still ended up paying $76 for. She said since they were already made we had to purchase them. This store and lady are a scam. She did the same thing to another family as we were leaving for the evening and just happened to be walking by the store again. She attempted to charge a young teenage boy $80 for a screen print shirt til his father walked in and told her absolutely not was he paying that for a shirt and she should no better than to scam a child. Transaction was on Tues, March 30, 2022. This store is a huge scam. They tell you the t-shirts are on sale for $9.99 and after they put a print on it they told my son it was $58.85 for one t-shirt. They didn't tell us there was charge for the print until after it was printed and the only signs that said there is a charge for the print is on the high counter that was very difficult to see (my son would not have been able to see it.) My 11 year old was in tears because he thought he was buying a $9.99 shirt. They totally scammed a child and when I complained they said there was nothing they could do about it. The t-shirt was washed once and the first time my son wore the shirt the print started to peel off. This is by far the worst business that I have ever dealt with.
