I stayed at Sheraton sand key from September 26 to September 28. I made my reservation through Expedia and paid for a high floor room with a view. When I arrive to the hotel with my family, we were told that Expedia only was allow to sell the first and second floor and that my room will be on the second floor without a view. I ended paying 113 us more por a room with a view. The day that we got home we started developing mosquitos bites and by midnight my daughter her was with fever and 90% of her body full o bites, my husband and I we are all full of this bedbugs bites. We have to rush with my daughter to ER and doctors confirmed to us that this was bedbugs bites and instructed us to hire a company to swipe out home because more of this could be on our luaggge and clothes. My 2 years old is on steroids treatment as my husband and we are all on medications to pass this horrible infestation. I called the hotel and front desk told me this could happen at any hotel. I find that horrible.Business response
