            Hi. I took a tour, known as the dolphin tour on February 24 2022. I paid $51.99 for two people, me and my boyfriend. The business commited to provide me with seeing dolphins, and enjoying a nature tour of dolphins and wildlife. That was the basis of the tour. However, there was first of all a 40 minute delay. Finally when we got on the boat we wasted a half hour in the heat on the boat, the tour was supposed to be an hour long but without explanation it was cut short, I have the time stamps on my phone. There was not one single dolphin we saw, and the main tour was dolphin sightings. I cried at the end of the tour. We didn't see any dolphins even though we paid a lot of money for the dolphin tour. It was traumatic. The tour ended abruptly without apology, and the merchant refused to refund us, nor offer us a new boat ride. I felt scammed, we were scammed. We did not receive what we paid for. ******** didn't care when I brought up the complaint. Several other people had the same complaint.
