We have had a great experience working with our team at the USFCR. They are extremely responsive and have provided support and guidance with the system throughout the process. Our organization had never bid on government work and our initial entry into this stream of business was very overwhelming. We have greatly appreciated the opportunity to tap into readily available resources to help us through the process has been a major time saver.Review from Michell M

I have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone was responsive, and when I sent an email to **** with a question, he immediately responded and made it easy for me to get my questions answered. With ****, there were no stupid questions. He always responded to my questions and never left me feeling like an idiot. That's a big deal to me, because this process is foreign to me, and **** would carefully walk me through the process with ease and ****** I feel so happy to deal with him. From time to time, he would just check in and if need were, he would call me to clarify a process to me. I couldn't be happier.Review from Anna G

I have paid them over $4000. They have locked up my *** account. **************** is quick, but they don't answer your question. They just say, "its being handled. We are a trusted provider by....." Saying you are "trusted" by your big clients is not validation that you don't need to work with your smaller clients. They called to ask for more business ($$) from me, but we still have not resolved the issues. I am fearful that by posting this review, they will not complete work they are still contracted to do, but I don't know what else to do. I have called the main number and they won't do anything but send me to the case manager.Highly recommend small businesses steer clear. I am over 6 months into the process and they have not delivered.Review from Benjamin B

It was a pleasure to have you get my business registered. Yes individuals maybe able to do it themselves but having a business like yours has saved me from worrying and stressing out if I Am doing everything right. Registration and Contracting Specialist, *****************************, has been extremely helpful to me in regard to government contracting. She answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable. Hello,I speak directly with *********************** and *****************. These two people have been an amazing asset to my business helping me excel tremendously. I cannot give enough thanks to these two wonderful people. They are always super nice and both of them always have a sense of urgency when it comes to helping me acquire government contracts.

I have been working with Huff B***** at USFCR for the last few years. He is top shelf! He is always friendly, professional, thorough, efficient and timely. He never over promises and never under delivers. He doesn't push services I do not need and provides the very best service for what I do need. He always follows through and operates with the highest integrity and professionalism. He answers all my questions and makes expert recommendations. If I could rate him with 10 stars I would! Knowledgeable and responsive. Our special purpose district used USFCR for the *** registration. While submitting a *** registration can be done for free I personally did not have the experience to do so. If unaware of how to register recommend using USFCR and paying the $600.Review from Carlo M

This company solicited me directly to renew my ***.gov *********************** which had not even expired. They misrepresented themselves as part of the government, and stated that as a nonprofit, I had to pay $599 per year to be part of ***.gov. This is completely fraudulent, as ***.gov use is FREE. The person was *************************.
