California Closets of ********** *************) installed cabinets in my laundry room on Feb 21, 2023. During installation a wash machine hose was sliced. Unbeknown to us there was water leaking in the laundry room. Fast forward to May 23,2023. We were remodeling the master-bath which backs up to the laundry room. Once they removed the sheetrock in the master-bath I noticed that there was mold on the back of the laundry room sheetrock and the wall studs that separate the two rooms. I called California Closets to tell them about the water leaking. They sent someone over right away as they had to removed the installed closet since boards were wet and damaged. I paid the contractor to pull away the wash machine and we found more mold and could see, and smell the water. The mold had to be abated, sheet rock replaced and a new wash machine hosed installed. The contractor gave me a bill of $850.00 and I purchased a new hose for $44.95. They have since replaced the damaged wet cabinet. I called California Closets twice and both times was told that someone would get back to me right away. I sent them a letter with a copy of the bills. I've received no response to my attempts at recovering the money I spent. I need your help in recovering the money I spent for their mistake.Business response

California Closets has been in the process of doing warranty work on a cabinet of mine. As of today it has not been finished. I have a constant battle of no show and no calls on appointment day and a huge problem getting return calls and emails. It is if they just do not care because it is warranty work. My cabinet looks worse now than before they touched it.Business response
