      We would be glad to remove your phone number, I have listened to every recorded call on the dates we have called you and not one time did you ever answer your phone to ask why we were calling or contact us back to us too stop calling. The BBB asks you before you make the complaint if you have reached out to the office to get handled prior to making a complaint. You have never done so or your request would have been honored prior to making a false complaint. Thank you.

      I keep getting calls from ************** and it comes up Audit Systems. I do not have any outstanding debt or had any contact with this company. When I answer there is silence, I say hello and still silence, no one speaks yet they keep calling and I want it stopped. Please take me off of your robo calls.

      This better business website specifically asks if you have reached out to the Company to resolve your complaint prior to filing a complaint. You have not done this yet checked off that you have. We are not contacting you from a "robo dialer" we are calling manually and not one time have we contacted you and you picked up the phone. Every single call that is recorded mind you comes up with your answering machine, not one call has been answered. We will be glad to remove your number and your business will remain unresolved.       On multiple occasions this company has called my number apparently in an attempt to contact another person for whom I am the caretaker and power of attorney. They then demand on multiple occasions to speak to her and/or obtain power of attorney information. I refuse to give them this information and they do not state their business and continue calling and harassing us. I would like this behavior to cease immediately.Today when I did a simple ****** search of this company, Audit Systems, based out of *******, I find they are a collection agency. They did not, on either contact with ********* that they were calling to collect a debt, which is a clear violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, if this is even what they are attempting to do. Again, I want no further contact and harassment from this company in any form.

      We cannot disclose any information to you regarding to our call, you are not the person we are contacting but were provided your phone number by the consumer as a point of contact for her. We will be glad to remove your phone number. The better business bureau also asks if you have contacted our Company prior to filing a compliant and you have never done so.

      Missed a call on 6/8/23 from *****************. Called back and was asked to identify myself and confirm my address, of which I did both. I asked that a formal letter be mailed to my address in order to review the information given to me over the phone and I was told absolutely not, because a letter was already sent. (A letter in which I have never received.) The man I spoke to said sending another letter is not at all an option, therefore I ended the phone call. My husband called not even 5 minutes later and was told that another letter would be mailed to our address. Not at all happy that a man can call and get exactly what was asked for but when I asked for a letter to be sent, I was told a firm no and that Mastercard and **** were accepted. VERY unprofessional.

      Good Afternoon,

      I do not see that you ever called our office back and asked to speak with a manager if you felt you were treated poorly. The BBB specifically asks you when filing a compliant if you have tried to resolve with the Company prior to filing a complaint. That did not happen, yet you advised the BBB that you did.  Our Company is to send one letter per account by law. We verified your home address when speaking with both you and your husband and your address was confirmed correct. We will not be sending another letter, as we have already done so and you yourself have verified the correct address. I did review both calls with our office and at no time were either of my collectors that you spoke with rude in any kind of way, they did their job as they should and I apologize if you felt otherwise.       I am rejecting this response because: the reason my husband called was because of the way I was spoken to, so that qualifies as a complaint. 

      Mail does get lost. We do not have any record of receiving anything from this ***************** one extra piece of paper per our request is not difficult.

      I have received 12 called over the last 4 months. On one of the earlier calls, there was a response. The caller asked who I was, and I would not confirm anything without knowing who was calling me. They refused to give me any information about why they were calling. Since then there is silence for usually around 12 seconds as I am saying "hello?....hello?" and then they hang up.I'd like this to stop.

You have never contacted our office prior to making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the BBB specifically asks you when you file a complaint if you have tried to resolve with the Company prior to filing a complaint. Please follow these directions next time so that the Company you are making the complaint about has the chance to resolve your issue prior. Thank you.

      This company has contacted me, by phone on multiple occasions. When I answer the phone there's a recorded message saying "this is an attempt to collect a debt." When I ask the agent what this is concerning, the agent begins to ask me a bunch of questions about personal information that I don't feel comfortable sharing with somebody I'm not quite sure is legitimate or a scam. The conversation usually ends with them not willing to give me any information unless I'm willing to confirm my personal info and then they typically just hang up on me. This is very uncomfortable and when I'm the guy trying to find out what's going on, and willing to make the call in to do so they should try to entertain my questions if they want me to assume that they are not some sort of a scam. The agents typically sound very "ghetto" and speak in a way that would lead me to believe who I'm talking to may not be legitimate. I will be contacting an attorney because I believe this company if they are legitimate their tactics are not necessarily legal. I would like this company to remove my name from their call list and stop harassing me.

      We contacted your phone number one time. You answered and refused to verify yourself, ******* that contacted you was not "ghetto" in anyway, he has a speech disability and I apologize that you assumed otherwise. We are a debt collection company, and we do not purchase old debts. We work directly under whom placed you in our office. The law states that we must verify with you prior to releasing your information and that is for your protection, so I apologize you are not comfortable doing so. We would be glad to remove your number and your business can remain unresolved. The better business bureau asked you if you have reached out to our company to try to resolve this complaint prior to making a complaint with the better business bureau and you stated yes, however other than the one phone call our company made to your phone, you have never made an attempt to contact us prior to making this complaint. We would have been more than happy to answer your questions and remove your number had you have done so. Thank you and have a great day.

      I am rejecting this response because: AS contacted me multiple times, from different phone numbers each time! And I did identify myself as ******************* right away. You guys hung up on me when I would not verify any other personal information until you told me what this call was concerning. I later found out this is all over 90 dollars and a billing issue with my hospital over my recent cancer treatments that are actually covered by insurance. So you guys called to harass me about money that someone else is actually responsible for. You were very rude and sounded very "ghetto" to put it politely. It is really sad people who cannot pronounce simple words in the English language like "ask", hold a position that requires them to speak to the public. Get an education first and learn how to speak English clearly. I do not accept this resolution and will not accept any resolution until it has been confirmed that I am removed from your calling list.

      I have already advised in your first complaint that we have removed your phone number. I have also advised we have people in our office with disabilities and if you do not accept that as an answer than I am very sorry for you.  Audit Systems also ONLY has ONE phone number that we call from, you are welcome to verify that with our telephone provider, I apologize if again you are getting calls from multiple numbers, they are not ours.

Never once did you ever answer your phone to advise us it is a wrong number or to even ask why we are calling. Had you of answered your phone or contacted our office prior to making this complaint (You did advise the BBB you reached out to us prior to making this complaint) we would have advised you we would be glad to remove your phone number. I tried to answer serveral times and it was a machine you have harassed me and I too have records.       They are calling my cell phone several times a day from ************** and I'm ona do mot call last. No one answers, dead air. Last week someone answered and asked me to verify sensative information, I asked the caller to identify themselves, due to much fraud, and the nature of the call. They refused to identify themselves or company and terminated, (aborted) the call. Since that time they call several times a day but not speak or call and hang up. I wanted to request this company contact me by mail only, but no one answers the call.

You actually called us back today and refused to speak with us and advised we remove the number and stop calling, prior to asking why we were even calling, we did exactly what you asked us to do.
