            My home insurance got cancelled due to stains and pounding of my flat room. Even though that roof still had ***** years life (confirmed by several roofing companies), I had to replace it prematurely. Classic Roofing and Constructions promised there would be no more pounding after its installation of tampered system along side with plywood ********. They did not deliver their promise. There is still serious pounding is***. Now they claim what they have done is within code (as long as water evaporates within 48 hours). The water pounding will stain the new roof and few years down the road when I need another 4-point or wind mitigation reports, stain will show and I might be in the same situation as today without insurance unless to have another new roof. The company did not want to admit the pounding is*** and only ask me to pay the balance. They are threatening to *** me and put a lien on my house. I need that pounding is*** SOLVED before I can pay the balance.

            After Classic Roofing installed my new roof, I found multiple areas of my home that were damaged during installation, including:1.Tar staining on the front and sides of the home 2.Paint damage 3.Soffit and fascia damage 4.Siding damage During the removal of the existing drip edge, the fascia was damaged and, according to Classic Roofing's production manager, could not be restored to its original condition.I expected my home to be restored to its pre-installation condition. However, ****, the vice president of Classic Roofing, refused to address these issues, stating that such damage is typical and expected to happen during a roof replacement. Classic Roofing performed the bare minimum in making repairs even after a detailed list with supporting photos was submitted to them.Buyer beware: Classic Roofing will not make the necessary repairs if they damage your home. I would not recommend them to perform any work. The production manager was unprofessional and refused to address all of my concerns and make repairs to areas that were impacted by the roofing installers. For the amount of money I paid for a new roof, I expected more from Classic Roofing. I would not purchase a roof from this company.
