To Whom it May ************************ you for reaching out to us.

Our client has presented you with the initial LOI signed in May, no money was exchanged for that agreement.

In August of last year, the client paid us $1,000 and signed the contract we have attached to this complaint.

Our team invested over fifty hours of time with multiple site visits and provided the client with the drawings she paid for her potential room addition as part of her Phase 1 order.  We located several contractors through our network that were willing to do this work within her low budget.  Not a simple task...

At that time, the client was very willing to look at simple affordable solutions to resolve a confidential situation.

Since that time, the client told us her situation changed and she moved from the home and was no longer interested in doing the room addition.

Not a problem, we stopped the process for Phase 2.  Now that she changed her mind, she is requesting a refund for the work provided in the contract for Phase 1 where she paid us $1,000.
Our team delivered well within the terms of this written agreement, no refund will be provided.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

These people took advantage of me I am a senior and I live on a fix income. I hope that you can help me.

To Whom It May ******************** you for forwarding ***************** response.  Unfortunately, it is neither accurate or relevant to her order.

To reiterate from our initial response, in May of last year, ***************** signed a 90 day commitment letter, without costs, for us to start the process to help her with her potential project. We invested  numerous hours locating potential companies that could do the work she was looking for within her budget.

Three months later, in August, ***************** signed an actual contract and paid for the first phase "Step 1" to provide her with "Concept Architectural Drawings", which was delivered.

Please review the contract she signed that we have provided in our initial response to her complaint.

We then invested numerous hours locating several General Contractors that could have built the room addition she was looking to build.  Home Solutions was only one of the potential contractors, we have the list of the others in our files.

At some point in time, ***************** decided to not move forward with her room addition and informed us she had chosen to rent her home and move elsewhere instead. Not a problem, we understand and will not move forward with the next phase.

That said, the initial contracted work was delivered and there will not be a refund.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

      Complaint: 21421344

I am rejecting this response because:

Blue Hawk Exchange did not provide me with an architect or drawings or a contractor, what you gave me was a painter that you came out here with company by the name {gulf bay solution} his name is ***********************, and you came out Dec. 5, only came one time and that was it. You never gave me any drawings.  You went out of the country on Oct 31, and you send me your boss number and I call, and he promise me he was coming to see me.  he never, did you?  Your company is a fraud I got a text, and it didn't have anything on it. Email I never got it so here what you need to do come up with the contract for the architect and drawing the contractor that you say was going to do my house. all the picture you have is my picture I send you and you don't. have any blueprint because I have an email from the city of ***** saying they don't have any blueprint of my house so you don't have measure of the house unless you took off the internet. You need to come up with more than you did some work which you clearly did not.do I did the work I call the city I call my realtor. and let him know about what you all did to me.

Here the first step no concept drawings, no keep up with communication in writing. no quote   nothing was together in 30 days and I ask for my money back and they just keep putting it off. No qualified General Contractor never came. They keep my money under false pretense.  No city permit drawing and the also say State law regarding what they were supposed to provide, and they did not do none of the above that's why I am asking for my money back. Show me proof where they did any of this in the contract.

      Sincerely,

      *****************************

To Whom it May ********************* will reiterate our earlier responses.

A - In May of last year, ***************** signed a 90 day commitment letter (without cost) in which she agreed to not shop around for other companies while we invested in the process to help her with her potential room addition. She wanted to do the room at that time to resolve a situation she had in her home.

B - Step 1 was agreed upon three months later, in August, when ***************** signed a contract and paid for the first phase "Step 1" which was for us to provide "Concept Architectural Drawings".
Once we finally had the needed measurements and elements from our visits and publicly available ****** Satellite maps, the items outlined in her contract, were fully delivered.

Blueprints were not needed as this was "Concept" only.  If ***************** had chosen to move forward and contract with a builder, then the process to obtain city permits would have begun with any agreement she might have made with a contractor.

During the process our team invested well over fifty hours and made numerous visits, calls, texts, emails and located multiple contractors that were willing to bid the work.
She only met one of the sub contractor estimators we had located.

We have built a file which contains all of the emails, texts and drawings that can validate our statements if and when legally required.

C - While continuing to look for further contractors to bid the work, ***************** then changed her mind on doing her room addition and moved from the property instead.  She told us the original need (which we have documented) for the extra room she originally was planning to build was no longer a valid need.

Not a problem, we stopped locating further potential contractors that could do the bidding and work she was looking to do within her tight budget.

Thus, once again, the original work she contracted for was fully delivered.

We decided to not bill her for any of the extra time we invested moving forward locating sub contractors to do the next phase of work she originally told us about as we did not contract for that work. Instead, we will write it off as a business loss.

That said, we do not accept her false accusations and untrue allegations and are prepared to defend ourselves completely in any court of law.

      Sincerely,

      *************************
