      12/24/2021. I have been a long time customer/neighbor. This is the 4th time I have been cheated there. I went to turn in a winning lottery ticket and buy other items. I was told I owed $1.00 exactly. I didn't think that was correct but paid it, All I had was a $20.00 bill. I know for a fact as it was the only bill I had and I hesitated breaking it for just $1.00. I even check my pockets for change. I was only given change for a $10.00 bill. I questioned it and had a discussion with the person at the register. To no avail. Not only was I not given a receipt I was refused one when I asked. They have a policy of not giving receipts ever unless you request one. Not only was I denied what I know 100% to be a fact, I was almost in an altercation with someone standing in line, without a mask or shirt and he tried to start a fight with me over taking up his time. I walked away, only to look at the cigarrettes I bought and they were the wrong ones, again. This is the third time that has happened there and the previous times i was charged for a more expensive brand but given a cheaper brand. Never noticed till I got home, not worth going back for the $2.00 difference. I went home and did the math myself. The $1.00 I was charged was not even what I should have been charged. This is not an isolated incident. It has happened twice before. The first time I caught it and they corrected it, the second and third times I didn't feel it worth driving all the way back over a few dollars and just let it go but this time I was without a doubt certain that they did it again. I have come to find out through various websites that they have a history of doing this and similar things to other people. Enough is enough. $10.00 may not be much to them but if they keep doing this to other unsuspecting customers there's no telling how much they cheat people. Not giving receipts should have been a clue. I will never go back.

I owned the store since for three years. The store was doing $75,000 sale per month now doing more than $150,000/month that means sale double or more. We try to keep the customers Happy all the time, I have the same employee for for the past 2 years, if that customer no happy with one of the employee, and my employee keep cheating the customer the customer can come to me in the mania. Since I work 100/hours/week 6 or 7 days and tell me what's going on or come to my porter at night and tell him the story if it been happening over and over with the same customer. Please if you have his information tell him to come to the store and talk to me and I'm shore we can find a solution or understanding to incident. Thank you Nedal ***** XXX-XXX-XXXX
