Date of Transaction: 11/02/2022-05/09/2024 Amount Paid: $594.13.I did not enter into any agreement of services with this company-(Club Save LLC). This company was presenting fake checks and obtaining payment without my authorization on a monthly basis.I have called Club Save, LLC multiple times to resolve this matter. This complaint in issued on behalf of my Mom, ***********************, ************ setup five unauthorized fraudulent monthly payments from her checking account starting early 2023 to Aug 2024 current. The account numbers and amounts are ************** *******-$31.27, ******************** ****** - $64.95, On Call Health Group 2000982-$29.95, Magazines 24x7 LLC 2001048-$19.95, Identity Services LLC 2001071-$34.99, These charges were just discovered and should be cancelled and refunded immediately back to her. It is a crime that this company targets the elderly in this way. In my opinion, they have scammed to many people in this same manner that criminal charges should be filed to stop this predatory practice. I will contact them asap to request a refund immediately. They took money out of my account I did not authorized at all I don't know how they got my account info I never give a check I don't have any checks at all I would never give anyone a check if I can't use my card I don't use ur service at all and I see they have done it to other people do they think I am going to let u take my money they got to be crazyBusiness response

I'm writing on behalf of my sister, *************************. Three companies have been withdrawing money from her checking account using fake copies of her checks. The companies and monthly amounts are as follows: *******************(*****), Club Save LLC(31.27), and Identify Services(34.99). My sister did not authorize this and it has been going on for 11 months. I would like the account cancelled and the total amount of ******** refunded by check. I'm uploading copies of the checks for reference. I'm thoroughly disgusted that these companies are taking advantage of people this way. Please contact me if any more info is needed. Did not sign up for it and different companies taking different amount like this one. The companies are still taking out money to name a few Dog Chat , Readers and not trying to resolve the issue called several times gave me a hard time and would not cancel tried to convince me to stay with them I do not want to I am on a fixed income my bank said they could not do anything so I am contacting you to help me in the past I have had good results. I did not want to go this far but I am getting very upset when you take out 35 and then 2 days later they take our another 29 dollars and three days after that they take out another 20 dollars that's a lot of money from a person who is on a fixed income and only gets paid once a monthBusiness response

I am writing on behalf of my mother who is named in this complaint. Club Save LLC and ******** Services LLC have been taking monthly amounts from my mom's checking account using electronic checks without her authorization since January 2023. We just detected this fraudulent activity. For both fees it equaled $66.26/monthly fees ($34.99 and $31.27 respectively) for 14 months for a total loss of $927.64. I called to cancel today and was told they would cancel the accounts (I am skeptical if this will occur or not). I am requesting full reimbursement to my mom for the unauthorized fees of which no services have been provided during this period. It is very disturbing that our elderly population is being subjected to such bad actors who prey on those who aren't able to defend themselves. Action MUST be taken to have these companies shut down.Business response

This company is a fraud and a scam!! Unauthorized charges were charged using a fake check to take money out of our account!!! The dates of the transactions were 1/30/2024 for ***** And 1/29/2024 for ***** When I called for a refund they refused and offered a gift card. Never signed up for this company !!
