I manage ***** year old Mother's finances and I've noticed 2 withdrawals from her checking account for ********************** for $2.95 and $31.27 respectively. My Mother suffers from memory loss and doesn't recall contacting this company. I would like the charges refunded and the account closed.Business response

My mother passed away on April 15, 2023. I am her daughter and an authorized user on her checking account which is at ************* I'm ******* ******. I saw two suspicious withdrawals on her account this morning (May 4). This first one was from a company called ******** Services and was withdrawn on April 12. My mother was already ill and bedridden at this point. $34.99 was taken. (See supporting document). The second one was on April 19 (my mother was dead at this point) from a company called Club Save, which I found out is basically the same company. I spoke to *** both times I called their respective customer service phone numbers. ********************** withdrew $31.27. *** told me that she would cancel the accounts but that I was unable to get a refund. I then call ************* and told them what was going on. Now, I am waiting for the check to the Mortuary to clear so I can close her account. I should not be having to deal with people like this when I am grieving for my mother. What bothers me most is that her information is out there. On 5/1, I (****** ******) randomly lost $31.27 from my bank and was confused and found out that a random check was made without my authorization and it didn't even match up with my details and now i'm looking for a refund because this is not a service I wanted, nor authorized at all.Business response

I am contacting BBB on behalf of my father, *****************************. I have full POA for my father. Sadly, the complaint that I am forwarding is exactly the same as several others that I have read in the BBB history of this firm, Club Save LLC, and its affiliates: Savings Seeker LLC, ******** Services LLC, and ******************* LLC. Near the end of March 2023, my father responded by phone to a postcard offer for a "reward" that he had received. This immediately initiated transactions in the amounts of $3.29 (Savings Seeker LLC) and $3.49 (******** Services LLC) as direct withdrawals from my father's checking account. This action was followed in quick succession with withdrawals of $31.27 (Club Save LLC), $29.95 (******************* LLC), $34.99 (******** Services LLC), $26.72 (Savings Seeker LLC), and $31.27 (Club Save LLC). In total, Club Save LLC and its affiliates withdrew $160.98 from my father's account. No "reward," other materials, or services were ever received. I have filed a fraud claim with the issuing bank, Further, I seek: 1. Complete reimbursement of the withdrawn amount - $160.98 2. Removal from all contact lists maintained by Club Save LLC, ******************* LLC, Savings Seeker LLC, ******** Services LLC, and any other unnamed affiliated groups or companies. 3. Removal from all contact lists that Club Save LLC and its affiliates, named or unnamed, may sell to other firms. 4. Acknowledgement that actions requested herein have been completed. 5. There was a fraudulent unauthorized mobile check deposited by an unknown individual for $2.95 in my account made out to ********************** on 4/18/23. This needs to be canceled and discontinued and refunded.Business response

This company somehow got ahold of my bank info and has been making multiple withdrawals from dates 4/18/2023, 4/10/2023, 3/25/2023 totaling $64.17. These charges were in no way authorized, and when I called their number I got put through to 3 different companies *******************, identidy services ,and Club save. Each person I have talked to from these "companies" have refused to refund me and would not prove that these charges are legitimate.Business response

I was calling to cancel my Father's life line as he is in a nursing home and I am his ***** of ********* I called the number provided on the life line box. The man said he would cancel my dads life line and he would be receiving a refund for the amount he already paid. So the man said we only refund by ACH and asked for my information and I would be refunded with in ********************************************************** a box to ship back the life line. I didn't receive the refund and I started getting electronic checks with my information and taking money out of my account. I called them asking what is going on and the lady said of this is for some discounts and I will receive a package with a gift card. I told her I never signed up for this and the guy was pretending to be lifeline. I told her to delete my banking information and she said she did and then another check is taken out of my account. 3/31 #****** $3.49, 4/5 #***** $4.95 and 4/12 #***** $2.95. All 3 checks they change who they are company wise. This is the biggest scam and Fraud.Business response

I am a Professional Guardian, as such I was in the process of preparing an annual report for the court when I realized three companies have used my name as having pre-approved monthly withdrawal of funds from an operating account I administer. This account does NOT belong to me, however, I am responsible for any and all funds withdrawn from the account. The companies are the following: Club Save LLC, ******** Services LLC and ******************* LLC. They have made charges beginning last December. got a call from unknown number when my phone was new and i was in process of having it looked at. i somehow got signed up to an account but other places called and i hung up not wanting their stuff. i did not go through the whole spool of words. i'd say i'm not interested. unknowingly after a month they automatically took money from my account at more than one business. their phone number was one number off and when i called to stop these accounts from just stopping they kept me on the phone for a long time trying to distract me. i paid over ****** in 3 months and never used this stuff. when on the phone they offered me a gift card from wal mart because of the inconvience. i asked them to return my money. they refused. they said i could use their stuff not interested. just want a refund from them. i did not use this stuff nor am i interested in coupons or calling a doctor in ******* to ask questions.Business response
