Hello, this was purchased in Nov 2022 on our Amazon store. Not from our store here in Clearwater FL. If you see, we have 4.6 stars on google, and we always take care of every single customer that we sell to. We have a return policy and Amazon has a return policy. This has exceeded those policies in either store by over 6 months.
This is Amazon's definition on "like new items" Used – Like New or Open Box: The item is in perfect working condition with intact original packaging and in good condition with minor damage possible, with or without original protective wrapping.
We have always taken care of our customers. The customer could always contact the manufacturer. we do find this complaint hard to believe after 7 months of purchase.
He has sought us out in Clearwater and has put a 1 star review on google and the BBB. He couldn't do that on Amazon because it would have been stricken because It was purchased as "like new" and it was out of the return policy for Amazon and our store.
We would like these attacks on us to stop and have this removed from the BBB.
