              Called for a quote for 2 dogs in luxury accommodations and was told $102 per day. Was charged $154 per day because my "quote" didn't include daycare. Employees don't seem to be aware of the cutoff times for half day of daycare vs full day of daycare. Also Employees need to understand that the quote should include all costs that a customer with have to pay, and the only reason for a quote changing is if the customer makes changes to the reservation. Misleading me with a false quote gave Happy Camper a competitive advantage when I was researching places for boarding my dogs. A accurate quote should be sent to all customers at the time of the reservation. No more surprises to people's invoices when they pick up their dogs.

              THEY ARE NON-PROFESSIONALS WHEN THEY TELL ME WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON WHAT I AM ATTACHING BELOWW. SCOOBY is a dog that has been using their facilities for approximately 4 years in all this time NEVER been complained about him On the contrary they always told me that he had good behavior Today after all this years just told me that Scooby cannot return because he is UNCONTROLLABLE ?
