I have been waiting on my insurance claim to be resolved for 6 months because this company has been non responsive to my insurance company and because they submitted fraudulent work and materials on the insurance claim. The work was completed 4 months ago! They said it was a "misunderstanding" but claiming you painted the walls in 3 bedrooms, 1 family room and 2 bathrooms, when NONE of the rooms were painted at all is NOT a misunderstanding. I had to speak with my insurance appraiser in order to find out what Servpro submitted. They were non responsive to our insurance company with regards to their estimate, which continues to delay my insurance company reimbursement. I told the servpro rep that I could pay their balance when I received my insurance check for the damage. They were the reason for the delay. Not only were they non responsive to my insurance company, they placed a lien on me for non payment approximately 1 DAY after receiving a revised(increase of $900!) invoice. I recommend you contact a different servpro location than this one. I have posted a similar review on ****** along with a picture illustrating some of the fraudulent claims.
