I cancelled my membership on 5/26/22 in person at the ************. ********** location. I completed the cancellation form and gave it to the front desk employee. My bank account continues to be charged $25 each month. I have called the location dozens of times to speak with the manager ***********************. He is NEVER there and has never returned my phone calls. I've talked to the assistant manager **** numerous times. He states he cannot cancel the membership. He also stated that the membership cannot be cancelled online. I want this membership permanently cancelled and I want a refund beginning 6/2022. (22 months x $25 = $550 + $50 membership x 2 (2023 and 2024) = $650 refund.Initial Complaint

I requested that *** membership be canceled by mail as requested in 2023 by mail as required my membership to be canceled. Instead of canceling they renewed it and continued to charge my checking account. I had my bank place a block on Planet Fitness and they then had the nerve to charge my Apple Card.I want my membership canceled and my renewal along with any months after that renewal refunded.They are attempting to get me to come into the gym to cancel. I have meet there cancel conditions. They should not get to waste my time along with stealing my money
