Zero stars is not an option. Hydrodog LLC coerced me into buying into their franchise. They manipulated me into getting a couple of loans to buy into the franchise and I would have my own territory to operate my own mobile dog grooming business. One of the loans stated it was for a home improvement loan for a pool which was not true. I was told that is what I needed to agree with to get approved. I paid in ****** in November of 2020. I did not get a mobile grooming vehicle until August of 2021. I paid towards my loans the entire time just waiting. I ran my business and paid for my own advertising and supplies. In ******* of 2022. Just 5 months later after running my business, I was told the *** of the franchise who passed away had not had LEGAL franchise agreements in my state I was operating and asked to rescind my business and turn in my van and equipment and I would get all of my $****** back. Here it is ******* of **** and have received nothing. They state they don't have the funds to reimburse me and I am just out of luck. My credit is ruined, I owe so much debt and am on the verge of losing my home. The lawyers I have spoke with want money up front but are unable to guarantee Hydrodog will pay. I can barely pay my bills thanks to Hydrodog. I went from an 800 credit score and no debt to struggling daily to even buy groceries for my son.
