I contacted international Heavy hauler Several time so they can refund me for a service that was never performed still havent sent my money backBusiness response

We started the year very badly, this company INTERNATIONAL HEAVY HAULERS LLC is horrible, they do not want to pay us through lies for a charge that we made, our company is super serious and they simply hang up the phone on us, I will continue until I speak with the owner of the company company that is not done, you can not go around the world scamming as if nothing were happening.That can't be done, they don't want to pay, I blamed the phone on me, I'm the dispatcher, and my husband, who is the owner, I'll continue through all the networks, and even though my English isn't good, they won't discriminate against me because we don't speak it, but we're serious. and we are business owners and we do not do anything illegal, we need help with this thief companyBusiness response

Good day, in response to the claim filed agains International Heavy Haulers. We are not refusing to pay the carrier **NNECTION A A & A TRUCKING ** for the service provided, in fact this has been communicated to ************************* in spanish as shown on the email attached. If you see the dispatch sheet attached, you will find that the payment terms they signed for are for 30 business days after they delivered the load, which took place on 12/22/22, meaning that the 30 business days will be due on 02/02/23, that has been communicated to ************************* and *********************** over the phone. In addition, there is an insurance claim (claim number 238500416) that we filed on **NNECTION A A & A TRUCKING ** insurance because the units they hauled were damaged, so we told them that we are waiting for the claim to be resolved so we can proceed with the payment. That is exactly how things have been communicated to them over the phone and via email. As mentioned above, we are not refusing to pay, but there are clear payment terms and an insurance claim that needs to be resolved.Initial Complaint

On July 14 2022, I accepted a bid from International Heavy Haulers in the amount of $7300 to transport a peice of equipment measuring 13 ft. wide. I made a down payment via PayPal in the amount of $730 plus a $24.02 convenience fee. I was also asked to send a check in the amount of $570, which I did. I then recieved a contract to sign electronically. Upon reviewing the contract, I noticed that it specified the width as 9' 6". I texted the agent asking him if that is a mistake. He said he figured he could narrow the load down. I informed him that I asked for bids on 13 ft. because the equipment could not be taken apart easily. He then quoted me $9500 to $10000 to transport at 13 ft. I then told him I would not be transporting at that price and asked for my down payment back. He agreed to refund but nothing happened yet. I filed a complaint with Paypal but was denied because I don't have a refund receipt. I currently have an open complaint with my credit card company for the Paypal transaction.
