They never call back and customer ********************** abominableand when they are on sight they pressure you for upgrades. My unit not even a year old and I could not get my door to open and I have a child to take to school..there was no one to help me. I had to hire someone to come to my home so I could safely leave. Was getting ready to leave the house on a Saturday and the garage door wouldnt open all the way. I figured out the spring was broken. Thanks to the commercials, I called Precision. The pleasant phone person said they could have someone out within 1-5 hours. Ok. 30 minutes later, *****, the tech called, said he was nearby, just finished a job and would it be ok to come over. Yes! The spring was brokenoriginal 30 year old garage door. He showed me what and the price of what was needed and what he recommended for an old garage door. Superb guy and the door was working within a hour. Not sure about comparison pricing but, definitely was happy with the quick and efficient work.Review from Robert P

I have used Precision 2 times with no problems. They were responsive, showed up on time and were knowledgeable. The technician did not try to upsell me anything. when I asked about my springs he checked and said they would be OK for awhile. He showed me what to look for before they are getting ready to break. My neighbor had the same problem a few months later and paid over $200 more for the same repair.Review from Travis S

BUYER BEWARE! These guys are scam artists. The techs they sent out lied about our garage doors, made up a HUGE story about all the upgrades that were required and then they put in a new motor that retails for $350. They never provided a quote and were very nervous when I had to return home to pay them (without any quote to reference). Final result we were charged $3,933.00!Review from Christine S

I’ve had my door less than a year. Three times I called to double check on how to lubricate the door and there was no returned call. I found video instructions on YouTube and lubricated the door. The door was still noisy, so I called the company. The main company relayed the wrong message to the Michiana POD. My issue was not covered under warranty. A house call was $75. A door so new should not be causing such problems. Poor post customer service. Beware!
