I have be going to food patch for many years. they have gone down hill. I have over the last 6 months experienced a lot of negligence in their food service area. their staff is not food safety certified. when the food poison happened I had talked with ******* who is one the management team and she explained and **nfirmed that they are not all certified upon hire but have time to get them certified. So in the mean time, they are handling your food without the proper certifications. I got a cup of soup and in the cup was plastic floating at the top. I told the young skinny girl with long hair. all she did was threw away the cup but left the rest of the soup on the bar for someone else to take. they s**op out old food and add to the new food on the bar. I never see them doing a temp Checks on food like Whole Foods does. you always see whole foods doing food checks. I have had food poisoning 2x so far from ordering a sandwich from them. the produce look bad and old. Mold and rotten . The cashiers; the older red head one was **ughing and rub their nose and touched peoples items when she scan them. i took my food off the register belt and went to a different one. that is disgusting. this all happened within the few months. no sanitation or food safety. I submitted a claim and they refused it to deal with the food poison situation and had no medical **verage for anyone who might have the same situation arise. I have talked to the insurance ** and I have a letter stating that. i am still experiencing illness since then. be forewarned. It's a shame to see a place be fake to what they stand for. Will not be going back
