AVOID AT ALL COST! On 2/26/24 I called and ordered Part Springfield Hellcat ******************** Striker Assembly for $139.99. As I am a ** resident visiting *******, the sales person took a copy of my military ID and assured me she would hand deliver the product to ***** to ensure the item was delivered to me in ******* by Wednesday, 2/28/24. On 2/27/24 I received and email that stated the shipment was sent. On 2/28/24, I received a ***** Label created for shipment email and the ***** website showed that the item was not in their possession. I called ***** who stated that a label was created but the item was not with ***** (still current as of 3/2/24). I emailed M Carbo the above information with screenshots of the above and did not receive a timely reply. I then called M Carbo who (this time a man) said he was unsure why the item did not ship. He put me on hold, returned and told me that M Carbo shipping department did not have the item, it was shipped. After going around, he told me, there would be no cancelation of purchase and they would not refund my money until the item was returned (although he could not tell me where my item was). I immediate called my bank filed a dispute and later learned of the multiple complaints with the BBB with the same concerns. BUYER BEWARE if you order from this company who "prides themselves" on being a ********************** Shame on them!
