This company purposely shuffled their customers around to maximize their profits and ensure that the students would never progress to obtaining their license. As a result, I was transferred between 7 different instructors who each had to waste my money and time re-evaluating me. This is an unacceptable and borderline illegal business practice - ultimately the company did not deliver the services that I paid them for. I am demanding a partial refund.Business response

The allegations of this complaint are false in every way. This customer ignored all of our advice intended to help her maximize her training efficiency. We have an excellent reputation for assisting people in obtaining their pilot certificates and ratings in both airplane and helicopters. In this case, the customer dabbled in both airplanes and helicopters and changed airplane types frequently for her training all of which are not cost effective ways to train and against our advice. This customer was not a very serious student and ultimately chose to discontinue training.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Who are you to decide if a student is serious or not? I was always a serious student, paying $400.00 PER ****** and progressed far with one of your good instructors, only to be abandoned by your company when he left for a higher paying job. I only changed aircraft once early on in training as it was ENCOURAGED by your business to do so. I was repeatedly ignored by your instructors when asking for flight training many times and have email and text evidence to prove this, as you know. This business is run by a child sexual predator with a documented criminal record of such.
