Complaints filed by consumers state that they signed up for what they thought was a free trial and later discovered unauthorized charges to their credit cards for additional amounts. Complaints further state that even though consumers have cancelled or returned the products, they were still charged or had their refund requests refused. BBB contacted the business in December 2016 about the pattern of complaints, but have not received a response at this time.
