First off, owner or main manager argued over how many pets when the online information clearly does not state one pet only. It is completely unrefundable if you use a third party. (Also stated online) so I get there and was refused service unless I paid basically more than half that i already paid. Woke up to a cockroach on the 4th day right next to the bed. Tried to stay the 6 days should have left when he told me no instead of reasoning with him and paying more. He swiped my card and signed for me WITHOUT my permission!!! And gave me no receipt!!! Could go on and on, this place is not fit to be open!! Literally just want a refund for the two days I did not stay and they wont do that. Its a scam! Photos arent correct and information provided online isnt correct ether!! Something needs to be done I am not the only one whos had issues with this place read the years worth of negative reviews on multiple other sites hidden by fake 5.0 star reviews!!!
