I purchased a graduation diploma frame with announcements on October 30, 2022, for a total of $400.93. I received the package on November 30, 2022, however, the frame was damaged on multiple corners. I checked my records and was never sent an itemized receipt for my order via email or in the package. I do not have a record of how much the frame was; however, I paid for the additional anti-glare acid protection glass, and my frame came with a very flimsy plexiglass inside of it instead of what I ordered. I check the return policy and contacted the company within the allowed timeframe via phone on December 6, 2022, and left a message with my contact information and details about the issue with the frame arriving damaged. I never received a return phone call. One week later, on December 13, 2022, I sent an email with details about the damaged shipment/frame and included pictures and still received no return phone call or email. I waited until after Christmas once their holiday recording started to pick up when I would call, and the holiday recording continued to play even after the date in the recording, which was January 3, 2023, when their operations were supposed to resume. I attempted to call daily and continued to get the same holiday recording without an option to leave a voicemail. I sent a follow-up email on January 9th with the case history, attempts to contact, and included the pictures again. I received no reply or phone call. I sent my third email on January 17, 2023, with no response. I continued to call on a daily basis which eventually became a weekly basis, still receiving the holiday message until probably late February or early March. Since then, the message has changed to a very short one that states they have closed their doors. I have never received any communication regarding my damaged/incorrect shipment.Initial Complaint

I purchased a graduation diploma frame in December of 2022 for a total of $194.97. I recieved the package in the mail but the frame corner was damaged. I read the return policy and reached out for a refund to return the item and never heard back from the company. I followed up 3 additional times by email and still no response. I also called the 800 number and their holoday recording was still up stating they were out of the office. That message is still on there till this day.Business response

Received a Diploma frame the is too large for the size of the actual document and have followed all their ways to be contacted from leaving detailed messages to emailing their customer service department to no avail. Now when you call their message states that they are closed for the holidays until January 3rd! It's now January 27th and have heard absolutely nothing and the message stays the same. When you pay for something you should receive what you paid for and if it's incorrect it should be corrected.Initial Complaint

They sent the wrong item/ matting for my diploma and charged extra for shipping when I didnt not want a rush on item. I have sent 5 emails requesting the correct item to be sent. I have called numerous times. They never answer even after leaving a message. I want my money back at this point. I will never use them again.Business response

I placed an electronic order with Signature Announcements on 11-3-22 for a **************** Diploma frame. This frame was to be a gift for my son for Christmas. I paid for this order at the time of purchase. It arrived prior to Christmas and was given to my son on Christmas. Upon opening the frame we discovered the frame was not the one ordered. Numerous attempts have been made to contact Signature both by phone, email, and website. The answering recording states that they will be closed for the holiday and will reopen Jan. 3. No messages have been returned. I would like to have the frame I ordered. The one received is useless to me, as The Citadel diplomas are specific and there are no tassels because they do not wear mortar boards.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Signature Announcements on 12/2/22 , which was completed in error. Upon receipt of same, I called Signature Announcements. Since 12/16/22, I have called and left numerous unanswered messages since no one answers the phone, I have sent numerous emails to the customer service email address and I have mailed a letter via **** which included a piece of the incorrectly completed order. I have had no response from this business at all. I paid $53.97 for announcements which were printed inaccurately. Since they will not honor their guarantee to replace merchandise printed incorrectly, i would simply like a refund and i will find a different vendor.Business response

OMG, I should have read the reviews on this first. I ordered two frames, one double, my daughter graduating with her master's and my son's bachelor so got a single for him. When I open the box, they were compressed with each other, which was already a very bad sign to put two frames that way. I got them on sale cause I can't afford them otherwise, but it was still very expensive ******. So lets start by saying, I got the wrong frames. Wrong wood color/ grain, which I dont like at all, but if it was the only issue!!!! They both have nicks on them, and the large frame is the worst, one chunk off, and the corner is messed up. The velvet printed piece is dirty, plus i didnt ask for velvet either, with marks and chunks of whatever on it. The back is cardboard for the big frame, and it also was scratched from the smaller frame, it's too flimsy for that size frame, with no support. I paid for ten days of shipping express, ordered the tenth, and got it the 25th. I want my money back, and *** to pick them up if you want them back even though they are completely worthless. I am truly hoping you will be decent and do the right thing but seeing a business that actually would do this tells me that I might have problems getting my money back. Ive never been so traumatized about buying something and the merchandized treated this way, and by the way I stopped looking what else was wrong, I couln'd look anymore, I was so shockedI just put the frames away back in their box, but I bet you there are even more problems. Please get this box picked up and give me my money back. I WANT THIS BEHIND ME and order somewhere else quickly after I get my money cause my daughter graduates in the tenth.I have called, emailed, and even sent an email to the owner, which says if we have problems to forward there. My email wasn't accepted at reception, outlook said. Unreal. I waited until today because i thought I needed to wait and give a chance for the business to respond. They have not, and this happened last Friday. It is Wednesday today. I cannot wait any longer. It is obvious they have no intention on getting back with me. I have never had to deal with something like this before. I purchased my graduation announcement package and paid for 7-day Rush Shipping on November 9, 2022, and my order still has not been processed and today is November 21, 2022. My graduation is December 10, 2022. I called the business several times and finally received a return call on November 18, 2022 and was told that my order was being printed on that day; however, I just checked the status of my order, and it still hasn't been printed.
