We received the invitations, thank-you cards, and frame quickly and they were perfect. Fast-forward a year...we still have not received my child's class ring. We have called multiple times over the year and finally received a message to confirm our address. When I called today to speak with someone about the verification, there was a recorded message stating they had closed their doors. There is no way to get in touch with the company. I guess we lost that money and will not get the class ring.Review from Jacqueline P.

I placed an order for a frame the first week of Dec 2022 after a conversation from someone at Signature Announcements who recommended ordering from their website. The frame was expensive and it's too big. Me review/complaint is that I've called and left messages 10x! and emailed their so called customer support 2x all with absolutely no response in nearly 2 mths!I simply wanted to arrange an exchange. After going to the BBB site I now understand my situation with this company is not unique..They have an 'F' rating. I called my son's university to caution them from linking students to their site to order frames because of their complete lack of consideration to their customers who are trusting them. The website they give doesn't work and their voicemail is still indicating they are closed now for the holiday! Please understand you are on your own if you deal with this company. A decent business would never operate this way without explanation or communication!!Review from Megan H

I ordered a graduation package for my husband and when I received it we were missing part of the order. We have been trying to call and email them for the past 1.5 months with no response at all. This is very frustrating and very poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.Review from Gianna M

I ordered a custom frame in December and was so excited to receive it and showcase my accomplishments. It took nearly 5 months to arrive with a constant lack of communication and any time I did reach out I was told "2 more weeks". Weeks turned to months and when I finally did receive it, the mat was incorrect. I called customer service to have this issue fixed and first I was told I was incorrect, however, I came with the receipts and mock-up that I ordered and showed that they in fact were incorrect. I was told I would receive a replacement mat within a week and now a month later I just got it. While it was the correct mat this time, they sloppily made it and didn't even make it properly so now once again I have to fight for the right EXPENSIVE frame that I ordered. I wish I had seen all of these poor reviews before I ordered so I could go elsewhere and now I am going to practically beg my bank to help dispute this. Overall I am so upset with this process and it feels like a slap in the face to my education and my wallet.Review from Jessica S

I as well as alot of other reviewers have had an awful experience with this company. I do not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are ok with never receiving your products. I purchased beg of Feb 2022 I am still waiting, it's been over 60 days and I as well get excuse after excuse after excuse. This is a horrible company and after receiving half of my package I see I could have made this myself with much less headache and $. I am still waiting on the other half, of course the more expensive items, I'm not sure I will ever see them. They are scammers big time! 10 day promise to ship is a joke. It's odd there are only 1 star and 5 star reviews. Surely the 5 stars are not verified purchasers.Review from Rosie C P

We received our son's graduation announcements this week and they are absolutely STUNNING !!! So much attention to detail!!! We are so pleased and excited to send them out to friends and family! These announcements will truly be a wonderful keepsake for our family as well as the beautiful doctoral frame! Thank you for your outstanding work! Highly recommend!!! 5 stars!!!Review from Chanda W

I ordered graduation announcements & diploma frame for my college graduate! Everything is high quality & beautiful! The WORST!! Do not buy ANYTHING from this company as you will be disappointed! Placed an order November of last year and still have not received my order. Called them 5 times within the last 2 months and was given an excuse after an excuse as to why my order hasn't shipped. They had the nerve to email me a tracking # as if it shipped and when in fact it was just creating of the label! I finally just asked for refund...lets see how long they take to do that. Seriously......SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
