My name is ********* *****. I am 71 years old and a widow, On September 2, 2021, I hired All Care Lawn to fix my sprinkler system. The workers showed up and check and adjusted the sprinkler system and replace 2 broken heads and a silinoid. I paid them $164.50 with check number 151. The worker informed me that the system valves were broken and needed to be replaced. I told him to order the parts. On September 17. 2021, Jeff and Adam, the workers, replaced 3 valves. however Adam told me that he could not start the system because the glue was still wet. However, I paid him $ 539.50 for the valves and the installation with the understanding that they would come back during the week when the glue was dried to text the system. Adam and Jeff did not showed up during that week. I had told them that I would be away during September 28, until October 1st. Therefore, on Oct 1, 2021, I called the office and left a message that I was once again in town, and that I had turned on the system and it wasn't working correctly. The workers came out on October 14 and couldn't figure out the problem. Adam said that he would come back with a water meter finder. Once again I told him that I would be out of town the week of Oct. 21-24. That I would leave the gate open so that he could come anytime. Since he didn't come, I've been calling and leaving messages since Oct. 26- Nov 8, 2021 with no call back. Finally, I manage to get someone on the phone on Nov. 9th. and he said he would send the workers that afternoon. Today is Monday Nov. 15, 2021 and I haven't heard from them.
