I ordered the Hena Skin Therapy Wand on May 23rd, 2021. The item that I received came in completely different packaging from what was shown on the website, and the box and instructions (full of spelling mistakes!) were showing that the product was for removing moles. It had absolutely no reference to it being used for acne and aging skin, which is what I purchased it for, and what was shown on the website. I contacted customer service through email multiple times. Took them weeks to get back to me and every time I was forwarded to someone else who just told me that they do not offer refunds. I provided pictures showing them that I was sent something different than what was advertised. They denied that it was the wrong product and kept repeating that they would not offer a refund unless I wanted to pay for return shipping. I should not be responsible for paying return shipping, which would probably end up costing almost as much as the product, when they were the ones who messed up!Initial Complaint

On 7-3-21 I place a order in the amount of 129.95 from Hena. I paid a extra 14.95 for faster shipping. I received my order 7-13-21. When I opened the box, there was no power adapter. I tried several methods to reach Hena with no response. I then sent a email and Hena responded asking for pictures. There have been several emails back and for with every response from Hena being the same. They read " we follow up on your concerns to lead department, please be patient ". I have even received e Mail stating that they are going to let me know when they plan on sending me a power adapter. I have also requested to send the unit back for a refund, but I've only received the same response. "Please be patient ".Business response
