This company lost a case that I hired them for, I told them this was new to me and that I didnt know what I needed to do. I paid them on a month to month base the communication was horrible. We lost the case and they still continue to take money out of my account when I asked them not to.Business response

I paid this office a total of **** to file my bankruptcy..I started paying in Aug of 2022 finished paying g Aug of 23 and my case has still not been filed and I can get no response from themBusiness response

This law firm is filled with rude representative including the attorney and the paralegal. I thought that when you hire an attonert, theyre supposed to work for you not against you or make you feel like youre the problem and we dont need you you need us well this is just what happen in my case. I hired consumer law to negotiate getting me extra time with a pay off for my hoa. I was advised I needed to pay $750.00 initially and $550.00 a month remaining until the case was resolved. I paid the Initial payment and didnt hear anything from this law firm until a month and a few days later. And thats only because I reached out to them because I received a default letter from the opposing council stating it was moving forward with a default due to me not responding. Well thats what I paid my attorney for, to respond on my behalf. Prior to Receiving the default letter I had called several times the week prior to have someone contact me to give me an update because I hadnt heard anything And no one returned my call it was only then I received the default letter and called and demanded someone get on the phone. All of a sudden ****** was available to take my call. So here we are approaching another payment and the representative called for the payment and and I told them I didnt have the money as the payment was due on the 15th of the month and they had already received corresponding information from the opposing party to settle this case out but didnt get me the information until I told them that I didnt have the payment on the 15th. According to the paperwork the corresponding documents came in the day before a payment was due why would I pay you $550 to for a new month of service on that isnt even needed. If you receive corresponding documents for this case to end why did I not receive it on the day that it came in but received the phone call for payment the next day. I am also in the process of reporting this the ******* bar as it is way more that took place than Im willing to sit here and insert. Theyre also threading ti not finish what they were paid to do, which was to advise the other party Id accepted their pay off amountBusiness response

Due to attorney client privilege, we cannot disclose certain information.
Client retained our services to represent her best interests in the case.
Legally we did everything to preserve her rights. We have attempted to rectify the problem to no avail.

I continuously receive letters from this law firm that indicates my mortgage lender have filed a foreclosure lawsuit against me to take my home, and they want me to contact them to hire them for the lawsuit. This is not the case. I've even contacted them and told them this and asked that they remove my name from their mailing list, but I am still receiving these mailers. When I spoke to them and asked pointed questions, they could not answer, but wanted me to give them personal information regarsing my mortgage, which is none of their business. I just want them to stop sending these fraudulent mailers to me.Business response
