The Dental insurance declined to pay for a claim for both of my kids. The date of service 02/10/***************** office resubmitted the claims several times and they still refuse to pay. The dental office submitted all the documentation that was needed. I personal spoke with several agents to resolve the issue. I uploaded all the document that they requested, and the claims are not paid as of today. The insurance told my dental provided that they need the other insurance to pay- they are my primary dental insurance. The secondary insurance should not be charged until the main insurance covers what they need to. The secondary insurance came with my healthcare and was only for the kids- United Healthcare. I need principal life insurance company SBD group dental and vision claims to pay for the claims that were submitted in February 2022. I attach all the documentation that I have in regards to the claims as well as my benefits.
