This company is a scam. Please be warned this company intercepts other companies' phones and says you have won a gift card for a shipping and handling fee of $3.95 your credit is billed multiple times for things you did not order or agree to.

Please be warned that this company intercepts legitimate phone lines. I called BCBSIL in early January **** (to the number listed on the back of my member card). Unknowingly, I ended up talking to a scammer/marketer when I was supposed to be transferred to a more specific BCBSIL office. Throughout the entire phone conversation, I thought I was talking to BCBSIL and ended up revealing personal information. (Well, it is easy to let guard down when you think you are calling into a legitimate entity who already has all this information on file).Luckily, my credit card company immediately declined their attempt to charge my credit card. Obviously, the company has scammed many people, and my credit card company recognizes the pattern.A friendly reminder: never reveal full credit card number or SSN over the phone. If needed, the last four digits are sufficient for verification purpose. For most legitimate entities, the customer service won't be able to see your full number(s) anyway.DAP Global Marketing LLC Response
