ACM moved my mobile home. They broke it down, transported and leveled and set it and tie down! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional! I would highly recommend them!!

Avoid this company as much as the owner avoided doing this work. Working with this person was a more than six-month nightmare. I sold my mobile home to a buyer who then located and hired Mr. S**** of ACM Engineering & Mobile Home Setup. Mr S**** accepted a 50% down payment from the buyer for his moving services, however, Mr. S**** failed to communicate with either me or the buyer about anything. He never pulled any permits for the destination site nor did he communicate with the buyer about, nor even inspect, the destination site. He would not tell us when he was going to do the job. Two months after being hired and without asking, telling, or getting anyone's approval, he came onsite to begin doing some very preliminary breakdown of the mobile home's foundation system. I hadn't even been able to finalize the sale with the buyer yet (primarily because we had been unable to speak with and make any arrangements with Mr. S**** - the buyer lived 2 hours away from me), and I was out of town when Mr S**** did this. So I had to tell him to stop working and exit the property due to liability concerns.

That was two months after the buyer hired and paid him, and then after that, Mr S**** still would not communicate with us and avoided doing the work for another four months. When he finally did start to do the job (he was hired in December and waited until July to move it), he only worked on weekends allowing the home, now split into two parts and NOT properly sealed with plastic, to sit in the rain and storms (he waited until our rainy hurricane season here in Florida began before he started his work). In the end the home was literally destroyed from weather and workers walking on the ceiling tiles in the attic and breaking through. The carpets were ruined by water damage. All the insulation from the attic ended up covering the now water-damaged carpets, and the walls were literally covered with black mold. He literally destroyed that once-beautiful manufactured home.

And after the home was off my property, he failed to adequately clean up the site even after agreeing to specific cleanup details. He left trash and debris, including an entire, now broken, wooden staircase that had led up to the front door To be more fair than he probably deserves, he did remove the stairs from the back door and fixed a fence that was damaged when the truck pulled the home off my property. But, although he agreed to do it, he did not put a PVC cap on the septic tank inflow pipe, nor did he remove from the site about 30 4-foot tie rods that anchored the home to the ground. These rods that stick up about 6-8 inches above ground are now hazards that I must either remove myself or pay someone else to do it. This description does not even cover every nightmarish detail of this ordeal.

BUYER BEWARE!! My advice is to find someone else.
