On 4/23/2024 I signed a contract for 3 months to sell my mobile home and for sale signs were placed correctly and yesterday, 4/25/2024, the for sale signs were pulled from my property without any explanation from the company which violates the contract so I asked for the contract to cancelled and the *** ****************** denied my request and is insisting for me to pay $995.00 to cancel the selling contract. This is not my fault, I was not asked or given any notice until I reached out to the company this morning 4/26/2024 requesting the contract to be cancelled. There are several listings with the same company whose signs have been removed as this company is unethical and poor business practices. I have been a business owner, and would not allow this horrific event to occur. Im in total dismay. Please help ASAP so that I may locate another reputable real estate business to sell my home. Thank you so much

We had an incident take place with her previous agent. We called April and resolved this matter entirely and she said she was very happy with the result.

We waived the cancelation for her and dissolved the contract as well.

      sincerely

Real estate company pulled all for sale signs on our property 4/25/26, since this is a violation of the contract we requested the contract be cancelled. The owner ********************* stated we would have to pay a cancellation fee of $995. We refused and he would not cancel the contract. This happen to over 15 properties in our park yesterday. There has been some dispute between the agent and company, which is not the consumer problem. Section 7 B of the contract states we will be provided for sale signs on our property. As of today the signs have not been replaced for over 24 hours. The unethical practices of this company is why agents are leaving and leaving the consumer having to remain with a company that has unfair business practice.

We had a incident take place with a agent and needed to reassign a new agent and have new agent put her sign out there which was done the folllowing day. We tried to expedite this situation as quickly as possible to avoid any confusion or upsetting dilemma.

this incident that occurred was not done intentional in any way shape or form by us as a company.

our sales agents are independent contractors and

This was addressed professionally and immediately.

We found out that one of our agents was drinking alcohol while working therefore was excluded immediately from the company and we needed  to reassign a new agent.

We have a strong team of agents and this incident was a one time incident that occurred

that is very rare to happen at all.

Our agents are very happy with the company as well. Its unfortunate that the client and I as a company had to experience such a devasting situation.

      We addressed this immediately.

We Are in hopes that she will be happy with our service going forward and understand this incident that occurred, we had no control over as it was a sudden infraction and very rare to ever happen and we as a company  truly have empathy toward our client and will make sure this never happens again and provide a exceptional service.

      Thank you

Agent of the company listed ***** home for my 77 year old father in law for $34000 with selling agent receiving $4500 over 14% in January. Since then agent was fired new agent assigned. No new contract with new agent. New agent forced price reduction. No new contract at a selling price of $25000. Agent found buyer willing to buy at $23000. Agent trying to force buyers contract with agent still getting $4500 now over 19% of sale without a signed sellers contract. Please help my 77 year old father in law.

      Response to complaint

The fact of this matter is very simple

**** the seller started out at $34,000

then he lowered it to $25,000

we did not duress **** the seller  in any way shape or form to lower the price to the 25,000

**** decided to lower it not us

we did suggest to lower it and talked to him about that but it was his final decision to do so and was not duressed  to do so

The daughter then got involved because she says she the caregiver for him but has no authentic proof of a power of attorney nada

our price structure is not based on percentage this is a mobile home not realestate

We recently found termites in the home and some duct work that was done incorrectly therefore we are dissolving our listing agreement for those reasons as seller isnt fixing the issues And we will not sell a place with termites.

      Thank you sincerely
