We had our anatomy scan this morning and were not happy at all with our experience, I understand they can't tell us medically if anything is wrong with the baby but the tech didn't even show us the screen at all or show us any parts of the baby!! We also were told it's a boy at antoher ultrasound and she said it might be a girl but didn't take the time to even look for confirmation she said "we don't do that at the anatomy scan" this scan should've gone over every part of the baby and been an hour long. I was scanned for maybe 20 minutes and she said she couldn't see anything else. I understand babies can be stubborn but she didn't taken any opportunity to have me reposition myself or move around to try and move baby, now we have to go back for another scan and spend more money so they can finish scanning the rest of the baby. We were so excited for this scan after years of infertility. We're extremely upset we paid $297 for this ultrasound and we didn't see the baby once!! The tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm a nurse and wouldn't ever treat my patients like that.
