Rude, unreliable, false promises, . I have been insulted by a staff member last year. Gave the run around regarding them honoring their products warranty. I have been lied to. Given false promises, and mislead into believing they would do as promised. Their product does not work as advertised. They are providing a product used mostly exclusively for , handicap disabled individuals. We have a social media platform with a group revolving specifically around Track chair machines just like what they sell. This group is full of testimonies from people in the disabled community with nightmare stories from trying to get this company to stand by their product as advertised and promised. All to familiar treatment just like I have received. This company needs to be shut down and forced to compensate every person they have done wrong. I personally will not rest until my wrong doings by trackmaster are 100% compensated for. My battery has never worked to operate my Machine as advertised and promised. Sent in for service last year and never replaced the battery. That was the original problem. I have been in contact with them since March 2024 trying to get it replaced. Finally a month ago I was promised this new battery replacement. I was lied to. I have all this in proof documented by saved text messages , with trackmasters main service production person. I was put with him to resolve my problem by the designer of this machine. For 5 months I have worked patiently with him , I fully expressed how important it was my chair was working properly before deer season . I was lead on with unfulfilled promises. I have to miss my first disabled deer **** this coming Saturday August 17th. Because I have been lied to and the company not honoring it's warranty like promised. Do not trust trackmaster Mobility in *************. And please note they are currently under a new management transition. It has not helped, and I see zero bright future of them being honorable.
