In June 2023, we had gas installed to our home by Clearwater Gas. We had two appliances hooked up to gas. I was informed by Clearwater Gas that all the permits had been signed off on and I was good to go.On my statement, one 02/27/2024 I had a $177.81 inspection fee billed to me. On February 9th 2024, I received a voicemail from ******************* from Clearwater Gas saying that he has been leaving me multiple emails and voicemails about a permit that wasnt closed out. I immediately called him back and explained to him that I have received no voicemails or emails from them. I even checked my junk mail. Nothing from ****. I was told that the $177.81 fee was to reopen my permit process.I immediately scheduled the permit people to come to the house and they said it had already been checked off, but they will do it again. On March 4th 2924, I spoke with ************* Operation Manager, Clearwater Gas about that $177.81 bill that was applied to me for no reason. I asked ************* to show me any emails or voicemails that were left for me unanswered. ********** said he would call me back and did so shortly after, explaining that mustve been some communication error and that he would make it right. On March 27, 2024 I received a $50 customer satisfaction credit. That still leaves me out $127.81 for an error that was made by them not me.Since that time I have left multiple messages for ************* that have gone an answered. The billing lady ***** told me that someone would be calling me back by the end of the day on Monday, April 15th with the resolution and no one has ever called me back.I am requesting Clearwater gas credit me $127.81 for a fee that was no fault of my own. Or show me evidence that they have been trying to reach me multiple times via email and phone calls.Thank you for your consideration on this matter.

After speaking with the customer and understanding the miscommunication regarding the permitting process Clearwater Gas decided to credit his account.

This was communicated to the customer via a phone voicemail and from previous conversation this was indicated to be a satisfactory resolution.

We will work internally to improve our communication regarding the permitting process to our customers.

      Thank you

December 15, 2023 repaired damage caused by Clearwater Gas Co. (CG) when they ran new natural gas service to our house in 2021. The damage remained undetected for over two years. Had to pay a plumber to complete the repairs to the sewer line that was damaged. CG repair person assured us we would be reimbursed. On January 17, 22, 24, 25, February 1, we contacted (or contacted to no avail) four different CG employees - Alyssa Poole, Joe Glezio and Jim McCulley, Jr. We never heard from Katherine Neghly, Division Controller or Alex L., Assistant Director, both of whom were supposedly contacted by the aforementioned employees. No results. On February 1, received a voicemail and email from Joe D. Marketing Manager assuring a check had been cut and would be mailed on Friday, February 2. Today is Tuesday, February 6. Still no check.

Per the notes in the account, we see that $508.54 was applied to the account as a credit on February 1. This is not a refund that will go out to the customer, however their credit will apply to the usage.
