      **************************** Removal of inquires.To whom it may concern .while checking my credit report I noticed there's hard pulls on ***************************** report from the company of ******** Credit Acceptance. It seems no one authorize You or any employee at no time to run ***************************** credit report. This is a serious breach of privacy rights.I request u send me a signed authorization form that gave YOU right to view ***************************** credit within 5 days so that it can be verified of it's validity. mail to address ****************************************************************** ******************************If u can not prove or provide me with proof of authorization I'm demanding you to contact all credit bureau to remove this inquiry, immediately.Thank u kindly

      We are in receipt of the complaint from *************************** which was forwarded by your office.  After researching our databases, we have been unable to find one ****************************  In addition, rur records do not indicate any credit report requests for *********************
      It appears there is a Crown Acura at *********************************************************, which is approximately 8.2 miles from Mr. ********* address provided in the complaint.  I would like to note that the Crown Acura this complaint was sent to is located in **********, *******.  Unless ******************** visited Crown Acura in **********, **, it would not be possible to request any credit reports without personal information.
      We respectfully request that this complaint be removed from the Crown Acura of ********** BBB records as we did not request any credit reports in the name of ****************************

      Hello. I checked my credit Karma Credit report and the company is in attachment. I don't know if Crown Acura on my report is from ********** ** or ********** ****

      We have once again searched our databases.  The name, ***************************, is not found.  We have consulted with our credit bureau vendor,which also was unable to find the name *************************** in the database of credit bureaus run by Crown Acura of **********, *******.  It is our determination that Crown Acura of **********, ******* did not request an inquiry of ******************** credit report.
      As I stated in my prior message, I believe this inquiry should be served to Crown Acura of **********, **************.  This dealership is 8.2 miles from the address ******************** provided in the complaint.  I would like to note that Crown Acura of **********, ******* is not affiliated,in any way, with Crown Acura of **********, **************.  Any credit inquiries that Crown Acura of **********, ************** would have requested would need to be addressed directly with that company.  I also would like to note that there is another non-affiliated Crown Acura dealer in ******** (Henrico), ********.
      ******************** stated in his latest response that I don't know if Crown Acura on my report is from ********** ** or ********** ****  I would suggest ******************** requests a full copy of his credit file to determine if there is an address or more identifying detail associated with the Credit report inquiry.  The abbreviation *** stands for ************* Connection.  ******************* may also want to contact *** to inquire as to what account, registered with ***, requested his credit report inquiry.
      Due to the mistaken identity, I respectfully request this complaint be totally removed from our records, as *************************** is not a Crown Acura of **********, ******* customer, nor did ********************** of **********,******* inquire of ******************** credit. 
      At this time, I can only recommend, additionally, to ******************** that he contact the other Crown Acura dealers (**********, ** and Henrico, **)to determine if they inquired upon his credit report.

      Dear Acura,I am writing to express my frustration with the recent issue I encountered with the power seat in my Acura car. Despite being within the warranty period, I was informed by the mechanic at the Acura dealership that the warranty would not cover the necessary repairs.The mechanic claimed that the power seat malfunction was due to water damage caused by a spilled bottle of water. However, I can assure you that we have never spilled water in the car, and the seat has been well-maintained and taken care of since we purchased it.I am disappointed that the warranty is being refused for what seems to be a manufacturing defect in the car's power seat. This issue has caused me significant inconvenience and has made it difficult for me to drive comfortably and safely.I kindly request that you re-examine this matter and honor the warranty for the necessary repairs to the power seat.       Took my car 2016 to crown acura ********** on 03/04/23 due to my car overheating..radiator fans was bad and I paid 881 to get them replaced..got my car back couple days later and realized my ac was no longer working..took the car back because it was still overheating...told them about the ac not working..they brushed it off..he said that was a totally diffrent problem..I called numerous times no response finally supervisor calls back I had just had surgery 3/16 and told him give me a couple days to bring in vehicle..beencalling since 3/20 and no one answer and left several messages and I haven't heard back anything..I took my car there with working ac and I think it's only fair that it's their obligation to rectify the problem and the financial burden should not be on me

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. **************************************** was able to diagnose **************** air conditioning problem as leaking ******** valves which were unrelated to previous repair of the radiator fans.  We were able to replace the leaking valves and were able to offer **************** a discount to help with the cost.
      We hope that **************** is happy with the outcome and stand ready to serve her in any of her vehicle needs.

      On 1/4/23 I visited the Crown Acura Clearwater dealership about a used 2008 Acura RDX. The vehicle despite its age, had just under 90k miles on it in better than average condition at around $12k. After hours of the standard back and forth sales routine I decided to purchase. They add a $999 dealer service fee. I put down $1k off of a **** card. I received $1500 for my trade. Yet the bottom line financed was close to $14k. Upon reviewing the contract later that evening I discovered a $2800+ fee. This was for a 36 month warranty that was not discussed, explained nor wanted. The salesman ***** used utterly deceptive practices. I later discovered it could be canceled at any time. Strike 1. After a day of driving I found the power steering pump had an issue and is failing. They clearly knew this. Strike 2. Warranty does not take effect for 30 days. 2 Days after I contacted the service **** and nothing. I finally went in person to the sales manager to discuss everything above. He seemed to be unconcerned about the salesmans deceptive tactics. He assured me when I got home to SC I could go to the local Acura dealership here for remedy. I did and was informed the only cure would be that a $150 diagnostic fee would be paid. No other repairs were to be covered by Crown Acura. The last strike is even more concerning. I visited my credit union on 1/18 to refinance. I was told they could only value my vehicle at $8300. Totally priced over market by $3700 and upside down considerably with the worst 12+% APR ever. A reputable dealer would have treated a customer with exceptional credit a h*** of a lot better than I was treated. The only thing they're concerned with is reputation. ***** the sales ****** wanted a 5 star review to add to his stack. The sales manager ******* is just as much to blame as he enables it.Inflated price. Zero accountability for "certified pre-owned' inspection failures as well as deceptive sales tactics sneaking in an unwanted warranty. This isn't over.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, not all issues were resolved. The power steering pump remains an issue and will need replaced soon. I've been to my local Acura dealer twice and they refuse to fix or find the noise. I will buy the part myself and replace it. The noise will cease to be a problem with a new pump. It has 90k miles and needs replaced. Otherwise everything else is satisfactory.
