      On Thursday 3-23-2024 I received a Ford X-Plan quote for a F-150 4X4 Tremor Super Crew from Flammer Ford Tarpon Springs, FL and Walker Ford. On my was back home in Seminole on US 19 I noticed some F-150's at Ferman Ford and decided ti investigate. No Tremor's at Ferman. I was approached by Leo ** and told him I had been to the other dealers and that Flammer had offered $52,000.00 for my 2022 F-150 King Ranch. He told me that they could probably match that offer. The trade in value would be decided when the Tremor would be delivered (reasonable) I told Leo I had been dealing with Flammer and Walker for the past 40 years and had one bad dealing with Ken ***** ****. Leo said Ferman was nor like that. My wife and I returned home, discussed the situation and returned to order the Tremor. We applied a $500.00 deposit to seal the deal. I asked for something in writing (Ferman 10-Minute Appraisal Bonus) which when I reviewed at home stated value of $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 , lower than discussed. My confidence in Ferman (Ken *****) was starting to fade. Like in the past 25 years I started the process of tracking my New Tremor. The next day no response ( e-mail) from Ford confirming my order, the same next day Saturday, again Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I saw upset, contacted Leo, cancelled the Tremor order and requested that my $500.00 be returned. He said he would have it returned. This was Thursday morning, please read on. That afternoon after lunch I contacted Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs (dealing with them since 1984) and asked to place the order for the Tremor. We made the trip that afternoon (Thursday) and completed the order. PLEASE-PLEASE continue reading.The next day (Friday) I received an e-mail from Ford Motor Co. stating they had received the order (Order Number D111) and (VIN) 1FTFW4L52RFA99261. Ford Tracking showed that the Tremor had been built and complete on 6-6-2024 and was being shipped. Ferman has not returned my $500 deposit

      (Since I cannot edit my review Ferman ****)This is for ***************************** for request to change my review: **************** is amongst the other reviews under Ferman **** with the original person who "helped" me is ****** and then I eventually took my car to AAMCO to fix my car since Ferman **** failed to do so and gave me a false diagnostic. Regarding how they resolved my issue- After also filing a report on the Better Business Bureau, they finally called me and tried to resolve the issue and asked to change/remove the reviews. It also seemed like they were ***et to see this review on the BBB more than resolving the issue, especially the General Manager or General Sales Manager (whichever person I spoke to) who refused to see the documents paid to AAMCO and proof of items that needed to be repaired once again after they (****) should have done it . Although they reimbursed me a small amount of $600+ dollars, I still had to pay a bigger amount for mess *** done/unresolved issues on their part that I initially went there for at another place ($4000+). They also threw in a free oil change but me personally, I will not be visiting Ferman **** again.Thank you ***************************** for helping me out with this case and for the many phone calls trying to resolve this issue and to see if we are on good terms. Sadly it doesn't change the fact that I had a negative experience. Also so sorry I couldn't edit the original post since I no longer have access to it.

      Sold me a truck that was used and within 10 days had a rear main seal leak. I brought it back in on the promise of them having to take a look at it and its taking more than 48 hours for them to reach back out to me and then for me whats going on with my vehicle. And do not respond to voicemails.

      I'm still waiting on ferman ford to fix my truck it is now 1 month , I hv a case number but can't get hold of the ford complaint department every time I call you can't get through and if u talk to the operator they say we will email the person who has your case, the truck can't program from what the ferman says, that the service manager actually asked me if a tech could take my truck home so they could try on their computer, who would ask that to a client, I don't know this person and my insurance is responsible if he gets in a accident, I refused that and I'm still waiting

      My 2021 Ford F-150 lariat that has 7700 miles on just over a year old has been recalled twice and now computer issues, ferman has had my truck for 3 weeks now and all I get told is they can't figure out how to program it that they hv to call corporate that was Monday then I check and get told they haven't called them back it takes 24 to 48 hrs for response how is it ford has to wait to talk to ford their own people, I went to ferman today and I went the blank off to just be ( plz calm down ) , I asked why in 3 weeks no one can call me back, I left messages to general manager and ho every time isnt in , leave a message called different managers no call back just get text messages from the service department that's it's not ready, I called the complaint department to and left messages on the fb site only to keep getting can u give me more information, what I want is my money back for the truck ( what I paid for it ) and I'll go by something else, I hen you mention that you get told oh u can file a case and ford will get back to you , ferman ford can't call me back and I'm to wait for corporate, something needs to be done about ford and the way they are handling clients MY TRUCK Is PAID FOR I owe nothing ford Was very happy to take 80,000 that's with the 8 year warranty I put on and no I'm a nobody real nice ford , I will never buy ford again just give me my money back

      Worse than most of the sleazy scumbag car dealerships out there. They had a truck advertised on their website which they said they had available and had agreed to sell to me when it arrived. They had it listed for $5,000 OVER sticker price which I agreed to. A week later the sales manager calls and says hey we can go ahead and do the paperwork on this truck it should be here shortly. - Great ! I get a buyers order for that exact truck except it is now 10,000 OVER MSRP plus they tried to add in a thousand dollar doc fee - who does that ( other than crooks ) ? When I complain they then say uhh that one is now sold we now we only have another one for 10K over even tho they had just sent the buyers order for the white one five mutes before. A true Bait and switch operation going on here. Steer clear of this dishonest dealership at all costs.

      We apologize for any confusion with Mr. ******* We explained to Mr. ******* we have gone out and acquired many New Ford Vehicles from other Ford dealerships around the country with the current New Ford inventory shortage. We have purchased many vehicles from other Ford dealers and paid over MSRP ourselves. We would be more than happy to order Mr. ****** any available vehicle for MSRP, but we would also like to offer our guests some immediate options which for us, is acquiring vehicles from other dealers and make available now. I am sure Mr. ****** is aware how difficult it is to obtain or find these vehicles, as Mr. ****** lives in Tennessee and found our vehicle in Florida over 500 miles from Mr. ********* local dealership in TN.

      My complaint is NOT that you are trying to sell a 20K vehicle with a 10K mark up.y complaint is that I called your dealership after seeing a specific vehicle advertised for 5000.00 over sticker. I contacted Ferman Ford and was told Yes that truck is available. I said I'd like to buy it. I talked to John M. who promised as soon as it comes in he will call romfinalize paperwork. Later I then get a call from the sales manager -;we can go ahead and finalize the sale . When I received the buyers order you had marked up THE SAME TRUCK an additional 5k. Then I complain and the truck I had just gotten a buyes order on was. magically "already sold ".
      My problem is with your bait and switch of adding another 5k at the last minute and not standing by the price that you advertise.

      This was the worst car dealership experience of my life. This morning we had an appointment to get a diagnostic test done on our F-150. They found what was going on, which is good, now we know. Then as we were on the way to pick the truck up we got a call from the sales department, they wanted to buy our truck. The woman told us she believes we would be pleasantly surprised to what they would like to offer. We decided to at least hear them out. After we picked up our truck we went over to the sales department. They had somebody come out and do an inspection on our truck. they did a look over, got the vin, took pictures and then came back with a official appraisal offer of $19,000. We were in fact pleasantly surprised. We decided to go home and think it over and quickly came to the decision that we would like to sell the truck to them. We'd emptied it out and headed back to Clearwater. Once I got there they took copies of my driver's license and were getting ready to start the paperwork. I then overheard the man who appraised the truck earlier in the day tell another man that " she's going to be ****** we'll just offer her a free tank of gas or something" I began walking over to them and ask them what was going on. The man who appraised my truck then said "I didn't see the rust, sorry we are not going to buy it" we were aware of the rust, it is in plain sight and hard to miss. I stood there in disbelief for a minute, processing what just happened. When you have somebody do an appraisal on anything you expect that appraisal to be an accurate estimate of the value, including the good and the bad as a whole. He then said to me " we are not obligated to buy your truck I don't even owe you anything, but I'm just going to offer to fill your tank anyway" I told him I did not want a free tank of gas I wanted what was offered to me. He again said in a rude and very nonchalant way " look I messed up and like I said I don't owe you anything but I'm willing to fill your tank for free" my fiance then reluctantly handed him the keys. Even one of the employees who was starting the paperwork said that this is really messed up for them to do this to us. I was just in shock. Worst car dealership experience of my life. We didn't ask for any of it. They reached out to us about buying the truck, we did not inquire at all. I feel deeply hurt by this situation.
