Never made a transaction with this company. I see there are numerous complaints with this company: Nutraition. I keep receiving weight loss gummies. Theres no receipt or information in the packaging. Theres no information on how to contact this business. Im trying to find out which of my credit cards is being charged. I really just want them to stop sending me this product. My complaint has to do with half the complaints that are already on your website regarding the keto ACV weight loss gummies I actually found a phone number which is at the the bottom of the gray package that the bottles came in but I've been calling it and calling it and nobody answers everything the other people have said in their complaints against this keto place is exactly how I feel and they keep taking money out of my account so that's got to be wire fraud or something and their return address on the package is 1777 ***** court number 1711 which is actually the San ******* post office and I have a feeling that the number 1711 is a post office box these people need to be stopped because what they're doing is giving others false hope as they are stealing us with their robbing Us blind I feel like I was robbed without a gun if you know what I mean if that makes any sense somebody has got to find out who these people are because if I get one more bottle of this stuff and my husband's going to kill me they just I just now just got another package of five more bottles of the gummies along with my original bottles of one two three four five bottles of keto gummies and two bottles of something called daily detox that came in the very first order which I did order through a ***** ******** add on a website that has to do with WN bc MSNBC I believe it was and there's nothing else you got to do is fill out your name all your information and your banking information and sure enough they have no problem taking our money but yet they have no phone number on hands and they need to be stopped I mean I'm 98% disabled and I wanted to believe that I could lose weight using this stuff but now that they keep sending me things and already taking the money out before I receive the package is no good it's not right and people need to be aware of what they're getting into!! I ordered a sample of the Keto Gummies in November, and got them was charged the ***** on 11/6. This was to be a sample. And i was to order more if I wanted. Not only did they charge that order they charged the ****** at the same time that I did not get anything for. Since then, they sent me an order in Dec and Jan. I did the usual tried an email that I never got an answer from in Dec and got the new order in January. I have disputed these on my card as frauds and stopped my card so there will be no more orders but I am out for the two orders that were not requested and the one charge that in Nov where I got nothing. I will not be returning these because I did not order them. My Credit card has stated that there will be a refund on my card statement. I had ordered these Keto Gummies for weight loss. The site said I could buy one bottle and get a free bottle. But if I ordered two bottles, they would only be ***** Each and I would still get a free bottle. So I ordered it but it never gave me any other information. It did not give me the total price or anything. I never received an email either so I thought maybe luckily my email didnt go through.. Anyway, the next day I saw that I was charged $119.95. A few days after that I got a package it had two bottles of the Gummies and another bottle I think was supposed to be a vitamin or something. These items were supposed to curb my appetite. They did not do that. I was very disappointed and within a couple of weeks Im looking for some information on the company to contact them. About that same time I checked my bank and another $119.95 was deducted from my account. I did not order anything more from them. There was a phone number under the charge I called and they told me it was a subscription order. I told them I was not aware that it was a subscription. I could not find anything on their website where I made the initial purchase. That their product did not work for me. Their website it said moneyback guarantee. But they said they wouldnt give my money back and I told them not to send the product they had just charged me for so they said they went in and canceled my account and no further deliveries would come to me. Then I called my bank and told them that was a fraudulent charge and to remove the $119.95. The bank was working on that the second package did arrive from. Nutriation. I did not open the package, but could fill that there were two bottles inside. I took a picture of the unopened package. I copied their address made a new label to return their package. I called them again. So I returned the package and the bank gave them back their 119 95. So Ive lost almost $240 on this.Initial Complaint

I have received 5 packages from several companies sending fraudulent KETO + *** gummies advertised by ***** ******** and Dr. *** The gummies are a scam and they do not work at all. One of the packages I have is from Rocket Haul, **************************************************; one is from Nutraition, at *************** #****m ********************. I am being charged $160 for each package, and I am not using them as the gummies are a scam by ******** and *** I wrote to the ****, ****** address to ask them to stop charging me and sending the fraudulent gummies. I got no response, and the next package came from **************************************. This whole business is a fraud and a scam. Please help me to stop payment for these packages, and to shut down this business. They are cheating many people like me out of money. I am 74 and I live on a limited income. I was sent Keto Gummies I did not order, was charged $199.85 from my checking account, stopped my debit card which was charged, the money was taken out of my account, it was listed as EFITSTORE. I already received my original order on 9/92024 and paid $119.85 for 5 bottles, then I received a second order on or around Oct. 21, 2024 which was not authorized nor did I receive any confirmation or tracking information on this delivery. I've sent emails asking for a RMA # so that I could return the order for a full refund which I will have to pay since I opened the package not knowing what the delivery was fore, but I have not received any return response. The product was supposed to give immediate weight loss. As told to me in a phone conversation and email their policy was immediate roll over of more product being sent out. Which was not in the fine print I read. I wrote them an email telling my challenges with the product (not loosing weight) which they didn't respond to.A phone conversation gave me two options after being told that my returning the package unopened was not permissible, then was given the information for return and eventually refund. An email from customer service gave a detail with certain body types the product may take 1-2 months. I would like them to refund the amount of purchase (I didn't agree to) plus any postage I may incur with postage.Hopefully no one else will be taken in by the hope for what this product can provide.
